I loved buying all my furniture there. So quality

The cashier has incredible customer service skills. She was highly efficient and must have made every customer feel valued. There were 4 customers ahead of me. The first was a mother with children, the second an elderly gentleman, the third a gentleman Around late 20's maybe. Then myself. 3 more customers behind me. She was personable with each customer according to who they were without sacrificing speed of service. That in itself I appreciate. It was her service to the elderly gentleman that brought deep gratitude from me. The gentleman was having a difficult time using his credit card in the machine. She gave him a chance to get it while she stocked a slab of bags at her register which she did as each customer was completing their payment. As soon as the gentleman held up his card and said it won't work she said don't worry sir I'll come right around and help you. Voice as warm and friendly not an ounce of impatience to her, she immediately came around and helped him just as he got it to work himself. Again she could have been impatient for coming around the counter, however she wasn't. There you go you got it, I see your gonna get some cash too right, again showing him she recognized he wasn't through with his transaction. The thing is it was all just her, customer service obviously something she values giving to each and every one of her customers. When it came my turn I thanked her for being so kind and giving every single customer great customer service, her immediate reply? "I'm a customer too." She was the only cashier in the store, she had a line and as I watched her I also watched the people's faces in line, there was not a single impatient customer, not a single one frowning. Everyone was watching her and her interactions and I believe that was because every one of us knew when it was our turn she'd give us the same undivided attention. I hope ya'll do something special for her even if it's only a gift card. I myself am management, in the customer service field and such a person as her is rarified air. I regularly write feedback on places I visit on social media, I will be copying and pasting this into one of those. I would have tiktoked her interaction with the elderly gentleman but the transaction was completed so quickly I didn't have time to get my phone out and log in.

I just finished up with a 'Very Positive' and 'Super Helpful' customer/ shopping experience, at the 'Dollar General store # 0-'3273' / Address: 709 W Stassney Ln, Austin, TX 78745 / Date: 6/16/22' Time:: 3:21 pm, with Employees- 'Adrian' & 'Janie' (Jaynee')-?)). I am on permanent 'Social Security Disability', and I was there with my 'Service Dog'. Both employees; 'Adrian' and 'Janey were amazing ! There where so kind and helpful to both myself and my dog 'Astra'. They helped me find whatever I was looking for. They helped me carry my groceries both, within the store wile I was shopping, and after I checked out; to a vehicle that I was able to borrow from a friend. They engaged in very sociable and caring conversations, with myself and others too !Again, I just can't thank them, and say enough about what a great experience it was !!!! ( K. Murray )

One of my favorite... They're like the convenience department/ grocery store without the traffic.
And the store spirit is very positive. Recommend A+

Store is usually pretty well stocked and well-organized. In my experience, the staff has been pretty friendly and helpful with finding things, but I usually don't have issues at stores or cause a fuss if something's not in stock or priced higher than I was expecting.

I went to get painting supplies and found everything I wanted. I also found some things I needed at a cheaper price than where my daughter had bought the same thing. We spent a lot of time there and a bit more money than I planned. But I am glad I have everything I bought.

Y'all might assume that all Dollar General stores are the same but you would be sorely mistaken. The location on Stassney beside Planet K has the BEST customer service I have ever received at a Dollar General. The young lady running the till was smiling and pleasant despite the rush. It was just past 6pm when I visited and there was a line five people deep at the one register so I had the opportunity to to witness the cashier's skills through several transactions. Regardless of the customer demeanor, this cashier was pleasant, offered to assist, and smiled kindly. I actually felt my day brighten a bit after buying that soda! I wish I'd gotten the young women's name. She deserves commendation and a raise! She is absolutely the reason I will return to that location.

Great selection. Really clean and we'll organized. Friendly staff. Amazing prices on Monsters. All you could want out of a Dollar store and more.

It's been a little bit since I've been there but they've remodeled and it's a great store now. Ended up shopping for groceries I didn't realize I needed plus other supplies just like going up and down the aisles LOL

It's good , usually not crowded and the Manager and Employees are super helpful. That's why I keep going back

When I walk In staff greeted me nice. And I found everything OK ,also the line and register was quick and easy. Definitely a go to place for quick things.

The young lady witch her name is Desiree is very kind very caring and always has a smile on her face you did a good job hiring her y'all should give her a raise honestly

I am so lucky to have a Dollar General in my neighborhood it's a whole lot cheaper than a convenience store and all the ladies there are awesome!

Great to run and get cheap snacks or fun garden items. Staff are very friendly and willing to help you when unsure where to find items.

Always stocked up on all items what do you got service is great customer service is awesome

This is a very clean store & the employees are always nice. They struggled with the coolers at first, but are now in a good place.

Store has fast and friendly employees so you don't have to wait in line to long.

Love it here lots of choices an great prices great cashiers an management.at some of them especially the one by my house on Nucklos Crossing road.

One of the nicer Dollar Generals I've been to. Staff is pretty nice and dont seem to hate their jobs! Nice stop.
