As a bird nerd, I love this store. The store team is very knowledge about their products and birds/ local wildlife. I travel the 8 miles to get quality food for the birds & squirrels. Thanks WBU team!!!

Great store for birders. Staff is knowledgeable and happy to help. They even carry the large seed bags to your car for you. I've been shopping there for years and other than overspending almost every time I go in, I've got no complaints. They also run a program where they will come to your house and help you design and build your perfect Bird sanctuary!

Went right before Christmas and staff could not have been nicer. They went above and beyond to describe the feeder I was looking at and did not pressure a sale. Very cautious for Covid—including locking the door and letting people in one by one so the store wouldn’t get too full (there wasn’t a line, but I appreciated their caution).
We will absolutely be back.

Friendly staff and decent deals to be had on all bird feeding staples. Their membership club is a no-brainer if you buy multiple bags of seed a year and every month brings different sales. The no-mess blend is a particularly good bag of bird food and their food cylinders and feeders are another must.

The staff at the Glenview location are awesome! The products and feed are the best anywhere for all the supplies needed to keep our bird buddies happy year-round. It's the place to go!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this store. Also, quick note, I tried to buy "the same" feed for nyjer and song birds from costco and home depot and the birds never came. Only after I dumped those feed and used the feed sold here, all my birds came back. They are so helpful and the membership is great - saves $

Bird food can be purchased anywhere - I can go to a lot of places to purchase bird food. However, the service factor makes the Glenview Wild Birds Unlimited store special Tim, Sharon and the other staff i have dealt with have added a lot to this hobby with their knowledge and advice. When you walk into that store you're going to spend a few minutes with friends who know their work and can help you enjoy your effort with the birds in your yard. I have no idea if I pay a few dollars more or not, I will continue supporting the Glenview Wild Birds Unlimited store.

Any ornithophile's dream! Knowledgeable, helpful staff are always ready to answer questions and recommend the proper feed or feeder to thwart even the craftiest squirrel.

No oriole visits for us this past spring, but there's always next year 🤞.

They are so friendly and always have what I need if you ever have a warranty issue they are there to take care of it for you and will do so promptly

If you want to learn about birds, this is the place to go. Tim is the manager of the shop, and if you need to know what's going on with the birds in your yard, or any of the wildlife, Tim's your guy. He will even come out to your house and do a "birdscaping" for your yard. Oh yes, you can also get all the seed, feeders, birdbaths, suet, etc. that you need. You might pay a little more for it than you would at the Bigbox store, but there's nobody at that Bigbox store that will help you like Tim does.

The folks here know birds and are very helpful about their products and which birds they attract. Not inexpensive but worth the extra cost. Have been buying here for many years.
