This is not just one experience, but many, many over the years. From getting keys cut to random light bulb searches, to ant repellent products, cleaning products and any time I need a solution to something - over YEARS - Weiss is my one stop shop! Not only haves they solved/helped me solve issues, but the staff is OUTSTANDING!! These guys are true pros and experts! I trust them implicitly. They carry a huge variety of products. Doormats, anyone? aprons? car products? Placemats? Shower and tub issues? This particular has it all and more. You cannot top their customer service, expertise, knowledge!!

John is the key wizard!!! He was able to make me a copy of programmed car key and was super fast. This Ace also has plenty of helpful and friendly staff. 5 star customer experience!

While they can’t beat the selection of and some of the prices of the products in a big box store, they have excellent and friendly customer service. The store associates are well-versed in all matters home-related. This is a great alternative for those who don’t want to spend 20 minutes at Menards or Home Depot chasing a clueless associate down to find you the wrong product which you will end up having to return .

This ace is great! I’ve been to many aces and this one was very helpful. Employee Chris helped me find the tools that I needed and was very knowledgeable about the product. I really like the selection as well. Would visit again and hope Chris is there to help me with the next task at hand.

A great hardware store! If they don't have it, you don't need it. They have everything you need around the house from an entire aisle of nuts, bolts, nails etc. to Webber grills, Yeti coolers, home decor, and more. The staff is what truly separates this establishment from the competition. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Always willing to lend a helping hand or point you in the right direction.

Al Peters was very nice to help me out find the screw for the chair of my boss he even fix it himself. Very nice of him. I appreciate the excellent customer service and very friendly staff. Thank you ace hardware you guys made my day. 🙏

This Ace location is a staple for me. They have been around for many years, and the people here are nice, knowledgeable, experienced, and supportive. The store itself is always immaculately clean and organized with a great assortment and availability of products for nearly any lawn or home project you reasonably need.

This store is fantastic! Every time I go there, there are more employees working and helping customers than there are customers! Talk about having a dedicated helper, this is the place to go! I saw one employee changing out a motor on an old stuck metal fan in the store! Another hand selecting the right nuts and bolts from the dozens of drawers for another customer. They know where everything is and seem to know exactly what you want. Not like the big box stores...

Great team and products at this store. So many individuals with knowledge and skill; serviced my lawn mover, found the right fasteners for a 30 year old rocking horse for and in the metric system ( thanks Phil), helped select masonry screws and sizes and lots of other ideas and good advice.

The neighborhood hardware store is alive and well. Always have what I’m looking for and when I don’t know what I’m looking for, their expert, highly experienced staff (usually retired tradesmen) point me in the right direction. I’m usually in and out of the store in less than 30 mins. Ask for JT!

One of the neatest, cleanest, and most meticulously organized stores I’ve ever visited! Confident, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Kelly greeted me at the door, helped me locate what I needed quickly, pulling in a colleague. Wide selection of this item - portable lockbox - and quickly came out to the cash registers to open up and speed me on my way. As a contractor, I appreciate this high level of service and efficiency.
