Best Buy

Today (21st February), I walked into the store. I needed to buy an SD card and, of course, I couldn't find it. When I asked a lady, she helped me. After that, I found the card and went to check out. I asked the cashier if it was going to fit my camera. She checked on her phone, confirmed, and when I made the purchase, she opened the box for me and helped me put the SD card into my dashcam. She was very helpful. Her name is Zeyna (or something similar). She is a great employee.

A very nice looking best buy. Absolutely clean and the staff were very friendly. There were some boxes on the floor with some expensive items in them that were being unpacked in the game section that worried me a little but it was a very nice best buy. I'm glad to see one in the area.

My only issue was waiting like 20 min for them to bring my items out. I've only had good experiences with this Best Buy for the most part.

Fast and easy to find what I was looking for. Discovered their extra warranty protection is better than expected!

This location offers a wide selection across its numerous appliance sections. Its video game stock focuses on current-gen. Some newly-released titles may sell out quickly which relates to shortage of stock. At the same time, I did notice some items wrongly priced. However, the store does well overall.

We met with a young employee by the name of Britney. She was outstanding, extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very courteous. She advised us with extreme patience and dedication. She deserves a 10. She gives BestBuy a great name. Thank you Britney!

I went in looking for an Otterbox for an iPhone 12 and was able to find it. I was pleasantly surprised. It was on sale for Cyber Monday.

It was great all I had to do was show them my email and they scanned my code in my email then I left with my purchase very easy.

Typical best buy, but staff was awesome! Especially Alex, he helped me find what I need, very knowledgeable.

Visited Best Buy after Thanksgiving. Surprised there wasn't a huge line at checkout. Bought a gift item. Staff were friendly.

I shop at Best Buy a lot because of the total tech membership which is WORTH IT BTW. The prices are typically the cheaper or the same as it's major competition (Yes, even the big A one). The customer service is excellent and the employees know what they are talking about.

I am old fashioned and appreciate brick and mortar stores. This Best Buy is clean and organized. I bought a coffee maker and many other items. My husband is thankful Best Buy only sells electronics and not clothing🤭 it is easy to find a sales associate to assist you. 👍

I’ve been happy with this store! My recent visit, for an iPhone battery replacement was great. I was greeted at the door, walked over to the correct customer service line, and help was there. They also managed my expectations- it can take up to 2 hours for a more complex battery replacement, so I hopped over to Wegmans and got my grocery shopping done while waiting.

The customer associates at this store are so engaged and friendly, particularly the people behind the counter. They always have anyone in whatever they might need. This group in Leesburg really stands out. Best Buy should be proud

Nima is a great Geek Squad Technician. Excellent customer service and very helpful. I will definitely go back for any IT issues. Will recommend to family and friends.

When I pointed out I could get a mounting unit for $30 elsewhere, the manager gave me that price so that I could get the tv, mounting unit, and install all from one place - really nice!

Ben from Geek Squad helped me to fixed my tablet, he was really knowledgeable and patient. Definitely he knew what he was doing. And he was quick :))
