The UPS Store

I had to get an important delivery next day (Saturday) to a business expecting my package. Options were clearly presented. But then I got a notice of rescheduled delivery (so now delayed/late) with no reason. Long story short, Steven researched and called me in couple days to say was fault of UPS and check refund is in process. The staff there is always absolutely wonderful and very helpful.

The Lee’s and Joseph are wonderful people who never fail to help me with my packages. I have been using this location for a few years and I do recommend. Great customer service and every interaction is quick!

Great experience at this location, we had a ton of packages to return and the store manager set aside separate space for us and patiently assisted as we sorted through all of our labels and codes.

I received great service from Steven Lee. He cared about me and helped me even though it took him time. without a doubt my favorite place to make my shipments 10/10⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’ve used Mr Lee’s store for personal and professional packages for the better part of 6-7 years now. I travel across town to go to this store. I pass another store to get here. Why ? They are always very helpful. They make returning items a breeze. The staff here at this UPS store always provides exceptional customer service. The store is always neat, clean, and organized. There is never a long wait if any wait at all. They also do passport photos and document shredding services. They have PO Boxes on-site and you can use the computer for printing.

I have never before engaged with a nicer, more efficient and knowledgeable UPS representative/owner than Mr. Steven Lee. I have observed how he handles a high volume of daily transactions with grace, professionalism and expertise. I am impressed at how his professionalism is also embodied in his supporting staff. Recently I had to submit a passport renewal and an expedited parcel. Both transactions were handled with great care and attention to detail. I wish I could leave more than 5 stars. Mr. Lee earns them each day. UPS should take notice of his professional acumen. Outstanding service. Thank you Mr. Lee!

I have shipped from this store for years and never thought to make a review. Well.... They are fantastic. While Stephen is strict about his shipping and packaging, he does it for the right reasons and makes certain that my stuff is done right. I like the fact that he is to the point and professional. Not just that, but I get in and out of there quick.

Excellent customer service! The owner Steve Lee was working personally during my last visit, and he was efficient and friendly even when there were a lot of simultaneous customers. I will definitely come back again for my shipping needs.

I'm so happy that I found this store. I use them for postal mail and parcel shipping. The owner (Steven) and his employees are very nice and helpful. They greet everyone who comes in and remember our names, which gives the store a community feel. They provide excellent service and the owner even sends text messages to UPS Box customers to alert us of packages received. All of my experiences with them have been positive. I've patroned other shipping stores in the area and none compare to the quality of the Potomac Station UPS Store.

I have a fantastic experience every time I go to this UPS store. I refused to go to any other UPS/Fedex store because the employee knowledge and management here is so great. Just mailed very expensive scuba gear over 4,000 miles away and not only did it arrive safe but on time (2 days)! I even dropped it off in the afternoon and it still made it!! The staff was so careful and knowledgable and helped me pick the best insurance/shipment plan for my situation. If you have high value items this is the store you want to ship your items through.

I have used this UPS store in Leesburg and have known the owner for many years. Best service you will find in town hands down. You are in and out in a flash, and your packages always arrive safely and on time. Steven and his team are the friendliest group of people and are so helpful. I highly recommend them!

This place is fantastic!!!! The owner is the most honest and kind man I've ever had the pleasure of communicating with. I came to him with an item that was very large and VERY heavy, hoping they could package it for me. He was very honest, and told me it'd be better for me and my wallet if I did it myself, then gave me the advice on how, and where to buy the materials. When I came back the next week with the now boxed package he even came out to my car to help get it on a hand truck and bring it in. Never have I had a better experience at any customer service establishment. Thank you all very much for your help and kindness! The world needs more businesses and owners like this one.

Exemplary service every time I step foot in this store. I wish more small businesses were half as friendly and professional. I read some of the other reviews and people seem to expect the store to tape their packages, print their labels, etc. for free. It's a business - tape your packages at home before you come in, just like the USPS requires. You can't even compare the service here with USPS or FedEx...night and day. This UPS team is a pleasure.

Shipped a document only to realize I placed the incorrect document in the envelope...called and spoke to Joseph - he was able to catch the package before it was shipped and held it for me until the next day in order to replace with correct item! Great service always.

This is a great store. First time Ive used UPS in 3 years. I had a terrible experience with another store. The young man who works here is patient, knowledgeable and understanding. I think his name was John. He's clear and straight to the point. I was in and out within 5 minutes. While assisting me, he began assisting others and working on his own things. Truly efficient. I'd recommend this store to anyone in the Leesburg area. Will be visiting again.

Have used this location multiple times in December and this month. They are always efficient and friendly. UPS picks up several times daily and shipments are consistently delivered timely. I have been impressed when 3-4 people were in line and only 1 person behind the counter but within a minute or two, I am finished and out the door!

Easy parking access and can even pull up right outside front door to drop off large parcels. Better yet, Melt is next door and Starbucks in the same center!
