Got the new IPhone pro max and iPad here. Workers here are wonderful.

I don’t usually leave reviews but the team over at ATT on Blossom Hill and Almaden were really fantastic to deal with. I just had a minor repair issue with my IPhone and they gave it their full attention and made sure I was fully satisfied. Highly recommend this team for your phone needs.

Ramon was fantastic from the moment we entered the store: friendly and professional. He was very patient with me and answered every question. I ended up trading in my iPhone for an upgrade. He helped me set it up and helped me decide which accessories I needed -all in a relaxed, no pressure manner. I truly felt like a valuable customer because of Ramon’s excellent customer service.

Emily was a fantastic, efficient assistant for connecting my apple phone to my car. I’ve been a customer of AT&T for over 50 years. Thanks Emily.

Polly is awesome!!! She solved the issues in my account spending time talking and explaining to ATT customer service on my blocked account not being able to activate a new phone. She has a great customer service. Thank you Polly!! I appreciate the time and effort in solving those issues that I even don’t know about.

Tony and Mariyah are absolutely amazing. Such a pleasure to work with. They transferred my 3 phones from Verizon to AT&T seamlessly and swiftly.

My new favorite store and crew.

Tony was amazing help me with all his powers even only himself. He helped 3 customers at the same time. Come to this store give you better service than the other store on the same street

Mariah and Tony were very helpful. I came in last week to trade in my phone and Tony set me up perfectly. It was not in stock so he ordered it and I received it in two days. I came in to ask Tony a question in the interim and he stopped what he was doing and answered my question. They were able to transfer all of my data on to my new phone right away. I would recommend this store to everyone. Thank you guys!!!!

Tony and Polly were extremely patient and helpful. They helped us to get the best deal for our family. They helped us set up new phones for our family. They were very kind and I would definitely come back!!

Angie and Ramon are amazing!! I was traveling for business and the screen on my phone died. I went to this store and they helped me get a new phone and Angie helped me update my plan since it had been a few years. Amazing customer service from both of these folks.

I visited for the first time at this store,although it is a smaller store,but service is quick and to the point. Angie was super helpful in replacing my sim card and she is knowledgeable. I probably spent around 5-10 minutes whereas other AT&t stores,I usually on an average waste 30+ minutes even if I have an appointment,for walk ins it was even longer. Recommended, and it will be my to go AT&t store from now.

Went in to get a new SIM card for my phone, Polly helped me through the process, and she was so very helpful and kind. 10/10 service and again shoutout to Polly for making the experience so smooth and easy. Give her a raise!!

I visited this AT&T store since I wanted to connect my child's smartwatch to my phone. Even though the other AT&T store told me that it would not be an option under my current agreement, Tony took the time to review the fine print and managed to give me an option that was a win-win for both AT&T and me as a customer. I am glad I didn't give up after I got a negative response from the other AT&T store and talked to Tony. He is a very precious employee and has exceeded all my expectations.

Superior customer service. The Dream Team, Ali and Kevin are kind, courteous and incredibly knowledgeable on all things related to your mobile phone. I came to the store with a data issue and they took time to assist me to find the solution.

Both of them were attentive and they shared insights on new products- not a pushy sell- just good information on best options to meet my communication needs and to save money.

Overall, a great experience. When you walk into the 1110 Blossom Hill location know that you are will receive excellent and high quality customer service.

I went into the AT&T store @ 1110 Blossom Hill and received immediate help from Angie. She helped me to get HBO Max on Direct TV which we were having trouble with. She also helped me to get a refund from AT&T after they were billing me for HBO Max, that I was not receiving. She was knowledgeable, helpful and vey polite. I would highly recommend seeing Angie regarding any help with phones, services or devices of any any kind.

I went in yesterday to trade in my old phone and Angelica and Polly were very welcoming and friendly. They answered all my questions and I was able to trade my phone in quickly and they were very personable. Thank you both for the great experience, I will definitely be back to this location in the future.

Visited the ATT store on Blossom Hill today to add a new line for my daughter. Mariah made the process so easy and simple. Store Manager Tony was very helpful as well. Overall great experience!

There was a mixup with my uncle’s phone and Polly was so patient and so helpful in getting the issue resolved. I’m so grateful for the time she took with understanding the challenge and calling corporate hub to resolve it. AT&T is lucky to have her and her amazing customer service!
