If you need anything printed- come see JJ at the Staples at Preston & Forest. This guy knows his business and his customer service is outstanding. Best experience I’ve ever had with getting items printed.

JJ at the service desk is AMAZING. He’s multitask and takes care of all the customers even though he was the only person working behind the desk that day. Thank you for being professional, kind and very helpful and helping me getting my pictures ready for my event. I’m IMPRESSED

I had a positive experience with the printing services. I was printing off some items for a quinceanera ( was happening later that night) and used a template I found online. Once printed I was going to attempt to fold them together if I could. Staples called and left a message. The sales manager, Brandon, I believe, offered to make the booklet and went the extra mile to assure everything looked nice. I was very pleased with the product that I received and appreciated the assistance. Our guests loved the programs. Thank you!

Brandon was awesome!
We came 5 minutes before closing time with a huge 150 page printing order. Instead of turning us away, Brandon was happy to help us and even spent time helping us staple our documents after the printing job was finished. For your printing/copying needs, I'd recommend coming here.

Called in an hour ago to check for something in stock. Bexi answered the phone and was super helpful. When I got there, she not only pulled the product I was asking about, she pulled similar products that she thought I would want! That is what I call service!

First and foremost, shout out to Eduardo Diaz, a stellar employee who exhibited a significant amount of patience.

I needed business cards ASAP. I went to two other staples, and they gave me a hard time about small issues I knew were insignificant. One person told me it would take 6 hours to print cards, and another place said I had to split up my pdf file for front and back (not true). So, I finally came to this Staples as a last resort. Eduardo Diaz not only solved every issue, but also did it with a smile. He also had great attention to detail and made sure my cards were to my satisfaction. I will 100 percent go back to this place again. Thanks!

I was amazed with the printing service, my daughter had to print a photo for her artwork, we couldn't find any other place , just here you can have this tipe of enlargement or banners , brochures, posters, color copies and more , I'm very pleased with the work , thank you to Edward he was so nice and helpful!🙂
