CVS

Went to the Minute Clinic and the RN was so kind and listened to everything I told her about how I was feeling. She asked great questions and wrote prescriptions that already have me feeling like I’m on the mend. Will be going back in the future!

I've always had a great experience at this CVS. The employees, (& especially Hazel) have always been helpful with a positive attitude.

I have been to this CVS several times over the years for things such as vaccinations, TB test, and various shopping trips. It has always been a positive experience. I just came home from here (around 6:30pm on Saturday Aug 28) and felt compelled to write a five star review. As I waited in line, a woman was using the self check out and was getting increasingly upset. From what I could gather, she was upset that the ice cream she was buying was ringing up as $3 each instead of 2 for $5 like the price sticker apparently said. As she got increasingly upset, the young woman manning the self check out kept her cool and did her best to help the customer. The gentleman at the register, who I gathered was the manager, also tried to help the customer. I was thoroughly impressed with how patient and helpful they both were. I can only imagine being a pharmacy employee during a global pandemic can be exhausting but they were both so patient. I wish I had gotten their names because they both deserve recognition for exemplary customer service.

Also the recent remodel is nice too.

I had a very pleasant experience with the pharmacy here. I get nervous when getting shots, but the pharmacist was very kind and patient. Would come again.

5 star experience from Milton at this location - helped me get the best prices and find alternative products that I am even happier with than the originals. Overall, he was able to cut my bill by more than HALF. Milton is the man.

They need more employees. But im sure nobody wants to work here and deal with people nagging all day.

There is a CVS store only minutes away from my residents, however do not have the friendliest, courtesy or cleanliness that the Preston store had. I will drive 12minutes for all these services

The great things about the 24 hour CVS is when I go in to shop, the hustle up and hurry only to wait is totally gone, the shelves are stocked there is always someone really ready to help or figure out and find what you need. There is never a line to check out and just a great group 0f assoiates

first thing you can do is get your prices back to where they were around before 2020 and you will sell more because everybody is going crazy with over pricing everything like $20. for 2 tubes of tooth paste please . \ni will tel you till the guy Milton that works at front counter is worth more to you than you know . he connects with people even older not easy guys like me Milton didn't have to assist me and save me money but he did and I will come back because of him. It blows my mind your now a capital one bank deposit locations. oh one other thing its really disorganized it seems like how you have your products like toothpaste there no signage down low on your rows i look ed around every body was looking at the ceiling where directives are 6 feet above your head CVS HAS TO BE BETTER not to tough to beat Wally greens I expect to see Milton when i come back !!!

As soon as I walked into the store, Megan greeted me and offered to assist me if I needed help. Not only was the greeting a nice welcome, but Megan gave the impression that she wanted to be there & was happy doing her job!!! I didn't detect any sign negativity in her demeanor. Thanks Megan for your willingness to make my shopping experience a great one!!!!

The minute clinic at this location was the best clinic I've been to. The nurse that I believe was of Asian decent was the nicest and most helpful nurse at a cvs I've been to. I highly highly recommend this location. I live right next to the richardson location off of Campbell but made the extra drive to come all the way to this one and am very glad I did. 5 stars for whoever that nurse was! I believe her name might of been Lee.

I went to the minute clinic today & my experience was great!! My Dr Nichole was very nice & she worked very quickly. I don't think I was even there for 30 mins!! She explained everything to me & I didn't even have to pay. Thank you Nichole I will be back 😊👏💙💚💛💜

The pharmacy staff is kind and quickly help with your purchase and prescription needs. I have been to many others, and their efficient and quick service is the best - always with a smile and friendliness!

Fast service, very professional staff, clean pharmacy, they also have a minute clinic and hearing center. You can register for appointment online, and you get a text when it's your turn to be seen at clinic, very convenient arrangement.

The employees are the most incredible people

The service in this location has always been exceptional. Great selection in store. Pharmacy line is always long. But hey whatever.

In and out no problem. Went for a tetanus shot. Chelsea thanks for writing happy late birthday on my receipt that was a pleasant surprise!

Went to see the doctor. It's fast and easy. I like it here and better then a doctor office

Needed to take pictures for a passport, and my man John took good care of me. All-around great experience.
