Wow this is the best ups store I have ever been too. They are always super polite and speedy. Daisy is so friendly and helpful when I need to print and mail packages.

Was able to ship with a return envelope even though I did not have a corporate account. Rory assisted me and she was great!

I worked with the amazing team at this UPS store to ship out 70+ holiday packages while I was on an extended trip to Encinitas. They have a great attitude and are super competent. Really appreciate all of their help!

Every time i go into my UPS store everyone is friendly and they even remember my first name. They are very personable. I've been with them for years and would never consider going elsewhere.

I desperately needed a notary for an important document, and the notary who was supposed to be there during business hours wasn't available. Bummer! Otherwise, the store looks nice and clean and I'm sure it can handle all your regular UPS shipping needs with professionalism.

Prices on some simple things are just outrageous. I just paid $1.32 for one postage stamp! I appreciate that you guys take all the Amazon returns and such. There’s been times I need to buy a box or just one piece of tape and it also was ridiculously priced.

Never open on time. This store opens at 8:10 or 8:20. Once it opened at 8:25! Don’t count on someone being there at 8am. They should change the working hours or hire staff that can’t actually arrive on time.
