I got The BEST service I have ever gotten at a Verizon store today! Gerrian Slater, the sales rep that helped me, was absolutely amazing! He helped resolve a situation that I did not think could be resolved. He has patience beyond what I’ve ever seen from a sales representative. From now on, I will only go to the Verizon store on Reynolda Road… as long as Gerrian is employed there.

I came in with two separate issues today and Gerrian Slater helped me SOO much. He spent at least two hours fixing my phone and discussing options to help me save money on my phone bill. I really appreciate his help.

I went with my Mother to upgrade her phone yesterday and we were greeted as soon as we walked in by Gerrian Slater. He was all smiles and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything in detail - from picking out the phone, case, screen protector and most importantly a new cellular plan that was better and more cost effective. There were lots of questions from us and he answered them all - no matter how crazy they might have been. He made my Mom feel so at ease and the transition to her new phone seem like it was a “piece of cake”. She even has his number in her contacts in case she ever has any questions. You would have thought she was his grandmother. His co-worker Timothy Hauser helped her with setting up automatic payments on her account. We received the “gold glove” treatment! Verizon is extremely fortunate to have these two working at the Reynolda Rd store - outstanding customer service! If you are in the market for a new phone, Mom and I highly recommend you go and talk to Gerrian or Timothy. Trust us, you will be glad you did!
