Eric and all the O’Reilly staff were awesome this morning! My wiper blade on my jeep tore apart and called on my way there to confirm they had the right ones for my jeep and Eric confirmed they did! When I arrived they had them ready and Eric was nice enough to install them for me!! Y’all are awesome and thanks again so much!!

The staff there is always on point and tell you about your car and what stuff needs to go in your truck or car they will be very honest about it. Hands down best service in town.

Had a jump box go bad within the year warranty period! Did not have receipt. Purchased at another store on our commercial account by a coworker. I brought it in at about 10:30 am on July 12th. Kristina was the only one in the store. There were 2 other customers behind me and the store phone was ringing back to back. She handled my transaction and the commercial calls expeditiously and in a friendly manner. My jump box was taken care of and she got one there at 1oclock. She was previously at the university location. Even though Reynolda is a little further her attitude, skill and professionalism is worth the drive!

So to be honest there are a couple of employees at this location that are a little unreliable. The company I work for uses a lot of fluids and tools and for the most part we have all together stopped using other parts houses due to the fact that 1) O'Reilly for the most part is cheaper on these things. 2) as a customer they make us feel wanted by quick delivery and attentive service. Now we used to shop the university location but then the customer service aspect dropped in quality. I found out why. Christina was at the university location when we shopped there and now she is at reynolda. If she leaves my business will go with her period. She is the single reason that we shop there. O'Reilly do yourself a favor and keep that one.

Great staff! They showed more concern with helping me than making a sale. Unfortunately, they were not able to help with my particular need(neither were competitors). Their willingness to engage and help put them in first go to for my future business.

They usually have what I need, or it's there the next day.

Wouldn't buy my parts anywhere else! Great customer service most of the time! Skye is ALWAYS very helpful as well as knowledgeable! Definitely use O'Reilly if you need anything for your car/truck!

Fast friendly and knowledgeable staff.

My daughter needed a new car battery. They installed it in the parking lot. I don't think we were there for more than 15-20 minutes.

O'Reilly's auto parts store was great. The young man I talked to was very knowledgeable and guided to the best oil additive that they had.

Great service! Went above and beyond to not only test the code on my car, they also looked under the hood and saw that there was likely more going on than what the code initially stated.

Because the employees make it a point to remember frequent customers names and make you feel appreciated,and for the most part are pretty knowledgeable on their products
