I love this UPS store. Every time I go, the staff is so helpful. Alex helped me today and she went above and beyond helping me save money on a package I was mailing. She was friendly and patient. Thank you so much, Alex. I truly appreciate you.

Mr Andres is an exceptional person I have ever met at the UPS store. The professionalism and compassion he has shown with my work at the store was unforgettable. My sincere appreciations to this gentleman. Thank you Mr. Andres for your kind help.

I used this ups facility to print certificates for students at elementary school. Since we got our own card stock papers, the staff there were super nice in helping us set the paper to printer. They were very helpful in testing the font of the pdf prints, providing feedback on what went wrong and giving us time to work on it there.
The print manager was ready to go above and beyond and help us scale our prints before submitting so we actually got what we expected even though PDF reader had font issues. Since it was for school the staff were also willing to apply discount when requested. Overall, super helpful, knowledgable and friendly staff. Will go back if I have any needs in future.

I have been using this UPS store for years and I have always been happy, but I have to mention one associate that always goes above and beyond…Kathy! She is always pleasant, respectful, and very very helpful. Thank you Kathy for making things easy and helping the customers.

We needed architectural blueprints. Amit gave us great customer service!!! He was knowledgeable and helpful. We were able to get multiple sizes and we didn’t have to wait!
If you need anything that UPS provides, I would highly recommend going to this location and ask for Amit!

Andres was super helpful! He quickly scanned and provided a receipt for my labeled package and helped me print a label for my other package. He made it quick and easy, I’ll definitely choose this UPS store moving forward because of his kindness and efficiency!

Writing this review for Amber, who helped me so much when my packages were noted as delivered (but really weren’t there). She helped guide me on what steps to take, and how to actually get ahold of someone, etc. I was super grateful she took the time to do that, because I’m sure their store gets this issue all day every day (and it probably gets old), but she and her team treated me like they really prioritized it. So thank you! I appreciate you a ton! Your store is run well! My partner who has dealt with some UPS issues also agrees that this location is top notch. Thank you for being awesome!

Amber went above and beyond the call of duty by referring me to a place (that was nearby and very much convenient) to pickup a much needed box for shipping my product back to Amazon!!! Very resourceful Amber!!! Thanks a million 😉

I was helped by Andres and he really went out of his way to help me with my Amazon returns. One of my labels where for usps and I overlooked it and took it to ups vite he but he was kind enough to take care of the package for me!

I come in here very often, and the associate Alex has been nothing but helpful every time I go in, which makes it nice to come and place my returns. Fast, friendly, and always with a smile. Highly recommend this UPS Store simply for it's employees. Two thumbs up, for sure. 👍👍

Alex is amazing! I came into this location to mail a few returns and Alex helped package all of my boxes. She was friendly and personable; definitely a people person. I had accidentally inserted one of my items incorrectly and without hesitation, she took the initiative to repackage my return correctly. I will definitely come back to this location; great service and great people!

Kathy is an excellent customer service associate. She made the experience outstanding and seamless. And service with a smile. She helped me with printing my shipping labels, helped me carry my packages from car to store, packed my packages, all in 10 minutes. Loved the experience. Kathy you have a life long customer in me.
