AT&T Store

We just want to say that Tyrus was fantastic! He had a positive energy regardless of who he talked to. We went in to upgrade our phones. Some of the updates took a while but Tyrus attended to us the whole time while we waited. He has great conversation skills. We really enjoyed our visit.

I’ve been an AT&T customer for 10+ years and have wanted to walk away more times than I can count. This was BY FAR the most pleasant experience I have ever had at an AT&T store. I was trading up my iPhone. I do recommend buying the phone online and going through the “trade in” process online - just select the in-store option for picking up your new phone and dropping off the old one. The woman who was working on the afternoon of Nov. 7 was efficient and helpful and got me in and out in about 20 minutes.

Jason the tall salesman was such a big help. Had him hook us up with internet and new phone lines. Very patient and friendly and answered all of my questions. It’s rare you see above and beyond service these days. I recommend this location to all my friends! Jason if you can read this we thank you!!

Super helpful, knowledgeable, and patient! I had a product I had to return and a few things messed up with another worker, and Jason and Daniel helped me resolve it! They gave me their undivided attention, even called corporate to get something on my account changed, and gave me a list of things to call the customer service to make sure everything went through as needed. They cleared up a ton of questions I had, and were super patient when I changed my mind about 3 times. I went around 3pm and was the only person there. These two helped me a ton and made a usually not fun chore very smooth and easy. Thanks, guys!

I had the most wonderful experience here today, and can’t say I’ve ever had a decent experience at a wireless store, but today was amazing.

The person who helped me out made me smile, was so polite, cool, and sweet. Wish I remembered her name, cuz she’s a boss. And deserves a raise.

The service was super fast, didn’t waste time or try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t ask for.

The manager at the Hermitage, TN store greeted me as soon as I walked in, gave me detailed options to choose from, the staff was proactive and worked well with her so the flow was seamless, and the transfer of data from phones was quicker than I've ever experienced there. So, all in all, I was very impressed. Thank you.

Great experience at this store… I’ve had Verizon for over 20 years and decided to make the change since moving to Hermitage and having poor reception with them. It’s way better than I expected and glad I changed… They made the transition easy and ALL of my info was moved to my new phone (inc. over 20k pics). Alexander was awesome and took great care of us and our bill is $22 a month cheaper….

Got my problem resolved in 8 minutes. I really appreciate that because I didn’t want to spend one hour in atnt waiting for a sim card. Tammy was fantastic, polite, knew what she was doing and quick at her job. Loved it!!!!

I walked into AA &T in Hermitage after having a very challenging and unsuccessful attempt at fixing my issue with AT & T 1 800 people. Two calls to two people, no luck. Huge language barriers! Very frustrating!

I decided to walk into an AT & T store. I started out in a bad mood! 😡. Henry tried to help, but my issue was not in his skill set yet. He quickly escalated me to Tammy (this is a cheer for Henry! Instead of spinning his wheels, he transitioned me to someone with the right skill set. To me, that is the sign of good customer service!). 👍

Tammy identified my issue, corrected it, showed me how to fix it in the event of a reoccurrence! A really good sign! And then I dumped several other annoyances on her. She resolved them all! Tammy is my hero! 🎉🎊🥹

Skylar worked very hard to get me activated. She was nice and professional the whole time. She is a great representation of what customer service should be.⭐⭐⭐⭐

It was the best experience we have EVER had. They are always fully staffed when we went in and they have a new manager that knows what his doing. He helped us get a great deal after we tried to get a upgrade at the corporate store but It was an hour wait ,so we drove to the hermitage store and we're assisted right way. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to visit this store on 3871 Lebanon pike if you need anything done with att or need to switch. They are awesome and extremely knowledgeable.

Tiara is the best. She was patient and kind. She stayed 30 minutes after closing to take care of us. I hope AT&T appreciates her. She deserves a raise for her awesome customer service.

Jacob was the representative that helped me and he was very knowledgeable. He was able to answer my many questions. Jacob made everything very clear and was extremely helpful with helping me figure out the best way for me to get the new iPhone. I had a great overall experience

Amazing experience! The entire staff was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to meet all my needs. Will definitely be using this location for all my future needs. Tammy and Alexander both took time to help answer all my questions.

My partner and I had a fantastic visit at your old hickory store In hermitage. My partner wanted an iPhone and Brandon took all the time to answer our questions. I was super impressed by his customer service catering to my not so tech savvy self. We left extremely happy and satisfied with our product as well as our knowledge of products I didn’t even know were available. Hats off to Brandon!

Alexander was great!! I live 45 minutes from this location but it was definitely worth the drive. Store was clean and the customer service was phenomenal! 10 out of 10 :)

Samsung had an issue on 03/23/22 with their phones not making outgoing calls or receiving calls. Unfortunately the store was closed when I realized this but first thing in the morning it was handled promptly and efficiently! Thanks for rectifying my issue and also having an environment that was enjoyable for my 2 year old daughter!
