Went to get some spiderwood cut for my aquarium and was sent to rentals to cut it. Jean Marc happily have us the tools to cut it and was extremely helpful and sweet. Definitely employee of the month!

I was very impressed with this Home Depot. Very friendly customer service, clean store, a lot of merchandise to choose from, knowledgeable employees, good location, the restroom was one of the nicest and cleanest restrooms I've ever seen, self checkout or checkout with a person, and again....good customer service!

Brandon in lumber is very professional and was a great help to me and my project. Will be back to this location as long as Brandon works here that dude is awesome

Business, cash or credit card maybe you might have an account you could always do Home Depot credit card different ways you can get all your supplies the staff is eager to help. Most of them are well formed. They provide a good service, especially when you’re not used to the store, you need to find something all the isles are clearly marked, bright, lighting and restrooms for the public use and you don’t have to ask for a code.

I’ve been coming to this home depot for over 10 years, and they always have what I need in stock. My husband was able to remodel our whole kitchen with trips back and forth from the home depot. Thank you for your incredible return policy. This saved us trips, as we just purchase what we think we needed, and then returned what wasn’t used.

Rent tools here! Get wood cut here! You can get up to 5 cuts per person for free. Any more cuts are just a couple dollars. Find someone in the wood department to help you out with this.

I love finding plants to take home - they have such a perfect variety of plants for indoor, outdoor - cactus, drought tolerant, you name it they probably have a variety of it. And they’re always having sales, and specials. The other day I got a huge bunch of sunflower plants for $10.

If you need to rent a truck to carry your equipment, the option exists. For special items that are only found online, they can ship it free to the store for you to pick up.

I end up here on a weekly basis. The gentlemen in the power tools section are always very helpful as well as Christy in plumbing supplies section. Keep up the good work guys and gals. Thank you!

I would say this is one of my favorite Home Depots. As a homeowner one tends to spend a great deal of time at the Home Depot without Various home improvement projects. What's nice about the Home Depot in Playa Vista is that there's ample parking along with clean and extremely engaged employees.

Additionally, this Home Depot has a great Tools Rental section where you could rent tools for a day or two.

Found the motor oil I wanted at a good price. Ordered and paid online ...easy peasy pick up from the lockers later. Too easy, convenient and economical for anything other than 5 stars. I love Home Depot!

Tim! I have been coming to this Home Depot since before Playa Vista was built!
Over the years it has gotten consistently better.
Specifically, Tim , in the Gardening Center has not only become a friend; this man knows his “ plants”! He has always taken the time to help me with any of my “ green” “ new deals” large or small . I have recommended him to friends for his advice and they have ALL , Thanked me for it.
He harkens back to the day , when you could go to your neighborhood hardware store and really look forward to going! He deserves a raise!!

I run a home repair company so I'm here more than a couple times a week I normally have everything I need in stock and it always close by I'm building projects great places to get your home improvement equipment and products.

The people in the lumber department are great here. Always seem to ask me if I have any questions, and then spend the time to give good answers. Their cutting service is really nice. Eric L. cut a 8'x4' plywood sheet into several pieces for me. The cuts were super nice. All square and smooth. Almost no splintering.

Home Depot at Marina Del Rey has an automated key cutter which only took 1 min to make a key. Deborah Pena asked at check out if I found everything I needed. I told her I was looking for wrist key chain for the keys I just made. She said wait here and ran to the back of the store and brought back 7 wrist key chains. Unbelievable customer service.Deborah Pena you are amazing. You elevate Home Depot customer service. Thank you for your excellent customer service.
