All the staff are kind here and go out of their way to do their best. Bring your own tape, you can't use theirs unless you're sending priority, and it's pretty expensive.

For a postal service, I really like the team at this USPS. They deal with a lot, so please be patient and nice and you will receive excellent service. I’ve been here when people coming in yelling and angry. It just does not look good, please hold your temper. The associates do so very well. ( Kyong lee, Joyie, and Vino )

Typical 4oz package to Asia will cost $14. A 1 pound package to the United Kingdom will cost around $23. And a 1 pound package to Canada costs around $14.

I sent a 5 pound package to an area in the same city of Los Angeles and it was $11, not bad.

Their first class is aka their cheapest version. All international mail must have a form filled out, which you can get at their counters.

If you have a package to drop off, ready to go, don’t wait in line. Place it on the middle checkout counter.

Free parking out front. Best to come here on a Tuesday, mid morning. No lines then!

Had a great experience here. A woman at the counter was so helpful and kind. She even gave me a free box that they had lying around to ship something.

I'll be honest, I went in here thoroughly aggravated about an issue and expecting to have an unhelpful encounter with unsmiling employees.

Instead, I was attended to by a wonderful, smiling woman named Keita. She went out of her way to SEARCH for my parcel and found it at the very bottom of the delivery cart.

Not only that, I dropped my ID at the post office and SHE RETURNED IT PERSONALLY TO MY HOUSE. I have never felt such lovely grace and kindness from such a stranger let alone someone who works in an obviously high pressured setting.

PLEASE BE KIND TO THE PEOPLE HERE!! They are GOOD people doing thankless work all while being massively understaffed.

I've never had an unpleasant experience at this post office. Recently, this employee came out of the back room and located the customers she could help who were waiting in line, and I was one who was returning merchandise to Land's End with the return coupon in hand. She helped another customer and then turned to help me. She found a box I could use, helped with taping it up, and was enjoyable to deal with. I couldn't have been more satisfied!

Professional and helpful postal workers. They’ve gone far out of their way to help me package and repackage things, redo labels, and save money on cheaper shipping options. My packages have always arrived as expected and been sent with ease. No idea why there are so many low ratings on here.

They handle an astonishing amount of mail every day and personally deliver it to everyone's door. It's nothing short of phenomenal. I've never had one single expected piece of mail go astray. And Grand Ave Venice staff is polite and efficient -- thank you!

There was no line this time that was good I was in and out

idk how anyone can complain. I go here twice a week for years and they are sweet and helpful. They are people, not miracle workers. I think these customers are impatient and rude and don't understand how mail works.

So far it's always a nice experience there! The people who working there were so nice and helped my mail to get to the destinations, thank you!

Anyone giving the US Postal Service a 1 STAR review needs a punch in the teeth. Go stand in the lobby and listen to the knuckleheaded questions this crew deals with from the moment they open the doors.

I’ve been to this post office multiple times. They always treated me nicely and helped me figure out the best way to ship my letters & packages.

While busy, always nice and patient staff. Really appreciated their helpfulness during a busy holiday season.
