Going to these phone stores is never fun, but the team here makes it really good. Darius and particular is phenomenal at his job and actually cares. It makes the whole experience so much better and makes me actually appreciate AT&T.

Very positive experience. Sephora (sp?) was very patient. Explained updated plan, discounts available, and even placed the protective screen and cover on my new phone for me. (That would have taken me forever to get right!) Thank you!

Blad helped me upgrade my phone when my old phone broke and was extremely patient since the old one was glitching the whole time. He helped me transfer everything to the new one and was very effective to doing so. Thank you so much!

If you come to this location, ask for Esmeralda! I am extremely indecisive and she was extremely patient with me and helped me understand all of my options before making my purchase. She was truly a blessing in disguise due to her phenomenal customer service!

My experience at this location was great! Mel took care of my new Apple Watch, connected it and while we had to wait for it to update which was for awhile, he maintained patience. He was very social which was very nice considering we had to wait awhile for update to finish and he didn’t leave me until my issue was taken care of. Mel is definitely someone I would go to again and/or recommend to anybody else who needs assistance with AT&T!
