Villa Marina Auto Care is the very best. It has been my go-to since I moved to Venice many years ago. Fernando is the very best customer service representative--knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, always looking for a way to make the experience positive and informative. I trust him for the automotive advice he gives me and my family about our cars, both new cars and much-loved older cars that he has kept in tip-top shape. I can't imagine taking my car anywhere else for service, since VMAC is already the very best.

Been going here for years for service on my 2001 VW Cabrio. Always a great experience. Technicians are thorough and give a full report on everything they see but I never feel pressured to fix something I'm not ready for. Glad to have an honest shop in the neighborhood. Prices are competitive too.

I am so glad I found Villa Marina Auto Care. I moved here from Chicago and my dad used to fix my car for me. Since my dad isn’t in LA I went to two mechanics before I found Villa Marina. Those other auto shops were such scammers! But lucky me I found Fernando and Villa Marina Auto Care!! I used to live across the street from them (that’s how I found them, location location!) but years ago I moved to the Southbay and still make the trek just for their service! They are super honest and reasonably priced. A couple months ago the air conditioning on my BMW went out. Lured by a coupon in the mail from some other shop that was literally a block away from me in the SB, I called about fixing it and they were like “Yeah! Bring it in! We can definitely fix it!!” Then I called Fernando at Villa Marina and he was like “don’t even bother.” He explained that in older cars like that when the AC is done it’s done. I verified this via internet research. How honest is that?? Recently my car took a turn of the worst and Fernando suggested to sell the car and buy a new one. (The car required parts that were getting difficult to get and there was a clinking coming from the motor, etc) Had he of not told me that I would of just kept fixing it. Again, very honest! Long story short the car died (sniff sniff) and I didn’t know what to do so he recommended selling it to Skip over at West Side Auto Recycling. He even got me their number too. The process was very smooth. Thanks Villa Marina! Will def be bringing my new car in once the times comes!

The staff that assess and explain what needs to be done in a way that is easily understood. Especially, Fernando and Chris!! Raymond who always is helpful at the pump. Amazing mechanics. Seriously. Stellar all around. Communication was over-the-top good, turn around was ~36 hours on a pretty serious issue, impressively knowledgeable mechanics and technicians. Incredible work.

Fernando spent a good bit of time educating me on the workings of the car, and not just those relevant to my problem. Everyone in this establishment took the extra time+care to ensure that I felt confident about the condition of the vehicle.

They were very prompt and efficient when it cane to replacing my tire. Honest about price and friendly as well. Did not charge me for putting on my spare either since I purchased a tire from them. Will definitely go back again if something happens to my car!

I needed a tire leak plugged. Both supervisors I spoke with were very helpful and honest. I asked if they had any tire deals and they took extra time to look up information to assist me. The technicians who worked on my car’s tire seemed quick and efficient. Great service!

My BMW needed a service and also had a rattling noise from the engine. The team identified it as a bad bearing in my AC unit and explained what would happen if this issue wasn't fixed. They had the car ready in less than two days, despite the unit being deep inside the engine. They also deducted the general service fee from my total because of the scope of the job. Great service

I brought my classic mustang to villa marina and was hoping to find a place that wouldn’t try and take me to town. Fernando, Joe and the team are amazing. Super nice and knowledgeable and I trust their advice. I am so glad I found these guys and I will continue using them from now on.
