This branch has been kind, helpful, and always a pleasure to visit. It does get quite busy, so please allot extra time if you’re not simply dropping off!

Great experience..From what I see the customers are the problem. Very entitled. They expect the workers to give them pins, supplies, and to know their shipping information for them. If ppl start coming prepared the line would move quickly and service would be easier for everybody. But most ppl kept going up to the window and just wanting things from the workers that were not even in their job description but get mad when they tell them its not. Plus its a smaller post office. If you want quicker service go to a bigger post office

Most friendly staff— they did wonders helping me figure out the right packaging and pricing for all my Xmas parcels! Thank you usps!

I read the reviews and thought against coming here. BUT, Ieasha took very good care of me. We joked, we laughed, and she took very good care of all the processing for my package. I even donated a black marker because hers was out of ink.

I think all these bad reviews are from people who see minorities working here and they think they have the privilege to treat them any way they please because the post office is in an “affluent” area. Treat your government employees with even a shred of decency/respect and they will go above and beyond for you.

I feel I have to leave this review out of a sense of loyalty to any unfortunately soul that has to work in the service industry, like myself. The employees are nice enough but the place is obviously understaffed and the customers...well, I don't even know where to start. I can't help but cringe when I hear some of these people talk to the employees. The entitlement, the DISGUSTING attitudes, the rudeness. Spend 10 minutes there and you will realize that service industry employees are seen as a punching bag for many MISERABLE people. I am afraid for the employees. This location needs a security guard ASAP!

Walked in on 11/30/2021@ 10:33 am. One of the postal employees by the name of Ray assisted me with sending Priority Mail large envelopes and purchasing postage stamps. He was very professional and patient in explaining how to use the machine. He saved me lots of time because I was waiting in line with four people in front of me. This branch has definitely improved their customer service. I’m a fan!

Joyie made my day visiting this postal service office. She proactively helped everyone to ship the packages, buy stamps, etc. I could tell she was going so above and beyond, had to leave this review! Best service I have ever had in any postal service. Thank you 🙏🏼

Contrary to what the other reviews say, I had a great experience on my most recent visit to this post office 2 days before Thanksgiving. Although there was a long line when I walked in, one of the workers was standing in the lobby helping people with questions and getting organized in line to prepare them for their visit. I personally had several questions for her, which she answered while remaining calm and friendly.

Looks like they have hired few people to help out, and the service became so much faster. Hakim was helping me out today and he was great! Very friendly and efficient. I wish more people like him would be hired in usps locations. Thank you Hakim!

Friendly staff with excellent customer service. Although this is a high demand branch with limited parking, which is not the staff''s fault, they go above and beyond to try to provide the best customer care. On one visit, I observed it was closing time and customers kept pleading for service after hours some even prying the doors open after staff politely told them they were closed. These caring staff members still serviced the customers. Great management, great staff.

Joyie goes above and beyond to help. This USPS branch is consistently personable, helpful and customer oriented. Joyie is especially incredible and kind!

Line was short and moved quickly. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and took a moment to explain a service I didn't understand. In and out in 10min.

Was wary of using this location because if all the bad reviews, but that wasn't my experience at all.

My 5 stars review goes to CHARLENE! She was such a good help today. Took me less than 5 minutes with her help. If you pay with card you don’t need to wait forever in line because she can help you, 😉!

I love this staff. Upon opening a PO Box Carmelita noticed on my ID that it was my birthday. The entire staff- Carmelita, Joyie, Keith, Charlene and all of the customers started singing HAPPY BIRTHDAY out loud to me! Best gift ever. Thank you!!!! Then Joyie personally escorted me to my PO Box to make sure I was set up. Such a unique experience these days.

Ray was such a great help. I’ve been to this location so many times and had to wait so long to get help. Rey was so helpful to me and all the other customers in the store.

The line was long but the help was very courteous and apologetic
for the long wait. Each employee also helped each customer with care.

The lines are long but everyone I’ve met there is super friendly.
