We went to this Best Buy to seek help because we had an issue with our Best Buy fridge order from another location.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. It is your typical Best Buy with the standard variety of electronics and accessories.

What a easy process in buying an LG refrigerator.. We first met with a person who was so informed about what options would work for us. He then assisted us in narrowing it down to our final selection and then he passed us off to mar, who is so sweet and professional. She spent a good amount of time explaining our options as well Total Tech. Total Tech by Best Buy is the better option and the same price as’s coverage as well. A no brainer for us. It is also covers any future purchase we make within the 2 years of the warranty or so long as we renew it.

The store is one of the best tech store in the area. But it not as big as most of the best buy stores I have been to in the past.staff is very helpful. I was checking out the new deals on pc. Ended up getting the information I needed and more. I got a c charger for my LG phone. It would out great.

Really great service was a refreshing surprise as most retail stores have really declined in past few years from a customer experience perspective. A week before Thanksgiving and both the TV and Appliance reps were knowledgeable, helpful and not pushy at all.

On-line order processed quickly and check out/pick up was a breeze

I was at the Tyson’s Best Buy today and was helped by a customer service rep by the name of Seth. I was looking for a small personal heater that I needed to go camping for the weekend. This was pretty much my last resort considering how difficult it was to find a heater with such low wattage. Seth literally looked all over the entire store for me. The heater was from last season and there was only one left. Thanks again Seth!!

I needed some guidance in purchasing wireless earphones. I was provided prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable assistance by Milton S. Although the product I ultimately ended up purchasing is available through several stores in town, after the assistance provided by Milton, I can’t not imagine having purchased it anywhere else. He answered my questions thoroughly and offered to research some more esoteric technical questions I had. What an impressive gentleman! If I had a store, I would hire this guy in a second… And no I don’t know him and I’d never met him before. He really restored my confidence in the ability of resellers like Best Buy to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Congrats to Best Buy in Tysons Corner for having the good judgment to hire such smart and helpful people. I know which store I will be going to for my next product purchase of this type.

We received really excellent and knowledgeable information and guidance from Chandler when we came in on Memorial Day weekend to replace the appliances for our kitchen. He had great command of the various appliances and helped us put together a package that saved us a significant amount of money while getting the quality and features we were looking for. Three weeks now into our purchase we are very satisfied.
Best Buy free delivery and installation and the additional warranty benefits through our total tech membership also added real value to our purchase.

I was helped by Shrey today, he was just clocking in and helped me pick Apple products with a smile. He is very knowledgeable, patient and outgoing. The store is a ghost town in the morning but to be fair, it's Black Friday weekend. Great deals but my review is solely for Shrey's excellent customer service skills. Marvelous job Shrey!

Every time I go to this location, I'm always greeted and asked if I need any help.

Recently, I came into the store to buy a printer and I was immediately helped by one of the associates. He helped me figure out which printer fit my needs the best within my price range. I wish I remembered his name but it slipped my mind to ask!

Soe was super friendly and patient with me at check out. I had some issues with my card and ran to my car to get another one. He also found someone help me carry the printer to my car.

Katherine was great! Very kind and respectful. Helped me with my checkout items as well as an online order. She needs a promotion with those customer service skills. 6/5 stars.

Lots of people on the floor. Was pleasantly surprised by how eager/nice employees were to be on hand and help you out. I got in and out within a couple of minutes.

Honestly speaking, it was just a refreshing change (especially to how it was years ago), that I'm actually planning to go back and buy a laptop in person rather than buy it off Amazon or similar online retailer.

Edited to add: this review was mostly about retail staff. I would've like to see more in-store selection options. It looked a little bare.
