After not getting helped at the location in Tyson’s Mall(no acknowledgment from staff that we needed help after a 15 minute wait) Decided to take a chance and visit this store. Best decision ever…Definitely should have come here first! My daughter needed a new phone and Azim was courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful with all the questions that I had for him. We were in and out in a reasonable amount of time, and my daughter was super excited about her new iPhone 15 pro! Honestly, Verizon is quite lucky to have this gentleman Azim on their team! I will be back to grab a phone and an iPad from him soon.

One of the best experiences I have ever had at a mobile store! The store manager Everett Kline provided great support personally took care of me. He was amazing. Give that man a raise!

Kyrie is by far the nicest and most knowledgeable salesman I have ever met. My husband and I went to get a new phone and we came out with one for each member of our family after telling us of a promotion. He saved us even more money by suggesting a few things. Very personable, not pushy and very helpful. He deserves some kind of recognition.

Wow! This store does customer service right. Cheery “Hello” and immediate eye contact is the only beginning. They identified my problem and proposed a solution within five minutes. Then they actually listened when I proposed another.

The consultant who helped me, Mitch Hames, delivered the highest level of customer service I have ever received. He was extremely pleasant, patient, knowledgeable, and receptive of what I was looking for in a new plan and new phone. He worked with me over multiple in store sessions and over the phone to ensure I was getting everything I was looking for at the best price possible. Couldn't recommend him more highly!

Ms. Sj Joshi was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Ms. Joshi's professional help helped me with getting a new phone.

Mark was beyond helpful when I came in today. I needed a new screen protector for my iPhone, and he installed it for me and everything - but he didn’t stop there... I ended up saving over $400/year after he dug into my account and found ways to save me money. I came in to spend money and ended up saving! There’s definitely not a better Verizon store anywhere around here. I’ve been to them all and they’ve never gone above and beyond in trying to help me and give me everything I need and more. Thanks a ton! 5 stars across the board.

Kyrie Hendricks and Staff are wonderful‼Had the best customer service with Kyrie transferring six lines (3 out of Virginia who needed immediate help and my Mom whom he will help next week). Kyrie was skilled in offering us a terrific deal in phone upgrades, free phones, military discount, Verizon Credit Card for autopay, insurance and numerous encouraging savings. We also moved our internet and cable to Verizon at the same time. Kudos to a Kyrie. He worked late, came in early and finished the move for us very smoothly. His counterparts and boss were friendly and supportive. We highly recommend this store and employee for a job well done. Thank you so very much.

Karim Kerr from Verizon was extremely helpful and very nice. He was exceptional on answering any questions or concerns we had. He is an asset to your business and you should definitely reward him and keep him in anyway you can. I had attempted to come back to Verison for FiOS and Wireless service several times, and each time Verizon customer service representatives had failed to port my phone number, each time making it more complicated. This time, I came to the store on Chain Bridge Rd (123) in McLean Virginia. Brian Rivera ordered a phone, managed to port the number, and setup a FiOS account for me. He patiently followed up to make sure I would get all the the discounts I am entitled to. If you want a cool, dedicated person to take care of your Wireless and Internet service needs, Brian is your man.

I have been using this store for decades. Their technical staff is far superior to any in the Washington Metropolitan region. Last week, my iPhone 10 died and they sold me a new iPhone 14. The service technician, Mitch Hames, was the best of the best! The synchronization between my phone and computer is complex and challenging but Mitch was a champ. He went above and beyond including syncing between my phone and car. His determination and efforts to make certain everything was right paid off for me. Run don't walk to this store if you want your phone to be all that it can be!

Karim has been absolutely wonderful. He had fully explained to me all of the options I have available to me on my Verizon account. I did not know that they were a private franchise for Verizon known as Cellular Sales. They happen to be their number one partner and it shows with their quality of work. Karim helped me transfer my data from one phone to another even though I did not purchase the new phone there, so nice! If you have the chance to visit this store I highly reccomend seeing Karim. Thanks guys

Received incredible customer service from store manager Everett Kline over the last week. We had a relatively complicated transaction (new phones, switch to Verizon from another provider, move parents onto our account, link Verizon Wireless to our Verizon FIOS, etc.), and Everett masterfully handled everything. He even tracked delivery of our new phones and called when they arrived at the store. After poor experiences at another Verizon store closer to our home and at Best Buy, we were so grateful to meet Everett. He's knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. Highly recommend!

So glad this store is the closest to us. We have always had superior service. Karime is very friendly and experienced. He can handle just about any issue I throw at him. Held my hand through the switch from android to i phone. So far so good.

I came to visit to fix the issues I was having and Mae, one of the representatives helped me. She is very friendly and passionate about her job. Very excellent service and I recommend to look for her for all your needs at the store. I am very satisfied and I could tell that she is a very hard worker.
