Best DMV experience ever! Efficient and courteous folks. In and out in 20 minutes with my issue resolved by the manager. Having visited this facility several times in the past I very much appreciate the service improvements I experienced today!

My husband and me Since we found out about this branch, my husband and I have made the decision to always come here, even though we live about 30 minutes away. Here you will find cordial, respectful, humane, patient treatment. They guide clients to carry out their tasks in the best possible way, making clients' time valuable. everything flows transparently and efficiently. Pleasant experience. First dmv location i visit where employees are nice to people. Came in to renew my licence (made an appointment before showing up) didn’t have to wait at all and i was in and out in less than 10 mins

Honestly this was the best DMV of my entire life! I was shocked. Driver's license, title, registration and plates. Half hour. Incredible. I had this Korean lady taking care of my stuff. She was literally running around the office area to get things done. In the interim we had a good conversation. I'm still wondering if it was all a dream.

Had an 8am appt and was escorted up to the window right on time. S. Roa worked with us and she was so kind and helpful! Most efficient DMV experience I have ever had.

My most amazing DMV experience ever. I'll admit that I did come prepared but I was renewing my driver's license and upgrading it to Real ID. I arrived midday on a Tuesday. Just a few people in line ahead of me and once I got up to the desk I was issued a number and that number was immediately called for service. In all I was there for 14 minutes and never had to sit down or wait. The representative I worked with was very helpful and had a great demeanor.

They were good. A little serious… but I consider that professional. Regardless of all the negative reviews, just get your stuff ready prior and you will be fine.

Been coming here since I was a teen. The new COVID-19 restrictions were done right. I felt safe and they were all super efficient. Rose gets an A+ in handling my Real I.D. appointment. I was in and out of there in 20 minutes.

Not usually one to write a review of a random place like this, but with the new appointment set up that they have, that was probably the best DMV experience I've had. Bring your documents, fill out your forms ahead of time online, and you will be in and out in 15 minutes or less without waiting.

No problems, no discrimination; easy cooperative employee's. No lines wrapped around the building in my experience. 95% of the employees knows what they are doing, I have tolerated with them transparently. I had discovered with other people having to travel 5 hours away to make their appointment here. I have passed my DRIVERS PERMIT COMPUTER TEST on the 3rd try all within the month of December, 2020 (it had decided to snow that morning). Each driver's computer test that you fail ($2 fee with no pending re-appointments*), you will be hit with a whole lot of new questions. 10 road signs that you must get perfect; along with 30 questions that you can only get 6 wrong to pass. After all of that, you are prompted to wait 60 days before you can schedule the Behind the Wheel Road test. You can use your license permit from other states to overrule the 60 pending date to road test early.

Great experience. With an appointment, I was in and out in approximately 45 minutes. Highly recommend this DMV! Not sure where the negative reviews come from but just make sure to make an appointment, arrive on time, and be prepared with the necessary documents. You shouldn’t be frustrated or upset when you show up without the documents you need - no one at the DMV is to blame; the instructions on the website are very clear.

Went for a new driving license because it is expiring - plenty of parking - clean and spacious inside, expert employees, was out in 10 min! DMV is the best! Thank you DMV!

Amazing service, from front door throughout all processes. The center has excellent customer service! Those bad reviews I saw online must have been on a really bad day! Just be prepared, have all your documentation with you and the system works well! I went at end of month in late afternoon to get new plates and change a Vehichle title, they helped me with the forms, like where to sign etc., and the whole process was finished in less than 25 minutes! I went from info desk straight to a window and it was an easy process. Great DMV center, pleasant helpful staff and process was quick and easy to understand. It’s better now than ever and I’ve been using this center for 30+ years. Great VA DMV!!!

Amazingly fast on a Wednesday afternoon in June in the hour before closing.

Went for Real ID. Prefilled the application online and checked in via the QR code when I got there around 2pm on a Friday. Virtually no wait and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Good experience!

Best run DM I've ever been to. I used the mobile QR code to get in the queue. Once I arrived, I sent them a text message indicating so. I waited less than 10 minutes. This is by far the best way to get to a desk. The person at the desk helped me through everything and I was in and out and under 30 minutes. I needed to change my out of state driver's license to virginia.

The location defies the reputation of the "DMV". The staff is pleasant and helpful. The wait is short. I love how the front end manager distributes and sort the clients to make sure you are assigned to the right line. I usually go 8 am or btw 2 & 3pm. Not sure what happens beyond those hours. But definitely good reviews for getting me out in 20 mins!

Check-in online or using the qr code is amazing. Cuts down wait times. Be sure to have all the correct documents first, so it is seamless. I was lucky to have great customer service with two employees.
