AT&T Store

Great customer service from David, the manager of my local ATT office. He assisted me with a new, better plan and a new Galaxy S 24 Ultra phone. He made the set up easy and quick by explaining the new plan and transfer from my old phone. I always believe that an educated consumer is the best customer. Truly appreciate David's professional customer service.

So glad Joseph was our contact there. What a knowledgeable & patient young man. Seniors miss his level of understanding & assistance. He helped by taking proper time to resolve our Cell billing issues & then explained, to my satisfaction, all the "technical" & Plans involved with a switch to streaming Direct TV from satellite. He knows his stuff & knows customer service. My wife & I were very satisfied.

This location is awesome! Lamarcus was SO kind, helpful, and knowledgeable! I hope he is a valued and well cared for employee, because he adds so much value to this location.

Walked in and was helped right away. I went in to buy a case for a new device I purchased, and the agent showed me my options and was able to complete my purchase. I was in the store for less than 5 minutes from start to finish. Samantha did a great job!

I am amazed at the quality of service we have received with Samantha Cruz and Edgar from the Potranco and 211 AT&T store. They explained all the wrong information we received at Sam’s Club and corrected it. We now have protection for all our phones and even got an iPad on our service. They were very patient and helped us process our trade in phones. I will definitely come to them in the future when I need honesty and great service.

Kudos and a huge shoutout to the crew at the ATT Store at Stevens Ranch. Roseanne Guerrero, Undraea Holland and Aaron Martinez were phenomenal! My husband and I needed a lot of help activating and transferring some phones. It was complicated and time consuming. They were knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and patient. They never made us feel like we were a burden. They committed to making everything perfect. Thank you so much. As a loyal ATT customer, it’s employees like this who keep us coming back!

This is a Newly opened location has friendly, helpful staff. We have been to other locations but "the feel" we got from those stores was that unless you are there to get a new phone, the help is minimal. Not here! Yes, our 1st visit was 3 weeks ago to get a updated new phone. This time we had some questions and needed help with some phone features and during our entire visit, we never felt rushed. We were provided with Excellent Customer Service! We still have a couple of phones to update within our plan and we will surely be coming back to this location for our phones.

The store manager Josie did the most amazing job!! I had an issue with my phone that 3 other stores didn’t want to take the time to help me with. She went out of her way to spend as much time as necessary to get my phone replaced despite it being a super long, frustrating process. The best customer service despite the circumstances! She was the best and I wish I had originally purchased my phones with her!! Thank you for your help!!

Shout out to Undraea Holland from the AT&T store on potranco and 211 who helped us activate 3 lines and a watch. She even helped us transfer our data over from our samsung devices to iphones. I am so glad we switched over because if this is the type of service we expect in the future we are truly blessed.

Great new AT&T store. Went in thinking I had an idea of what service(s) I wanted and needed. Marla and Josie gave me a really good education on all my options vice trying to just push product to a willing buyer. Ended up getting just exactly what I needed. I will be sure to come back and recommend to others as well. Added bonus: not a hard location to get in and out of including parking. My hat's off to both of the staff....

Was a very quick in and out experience. We went for a repair but ended up coming out with two new phones. I dont know if it was the pushy sales people just doing their job but dang do they work fast. I would go here if you are looking for an upgrade. Takes less then 20 minutes.

Staffing was really helpful, professional, and helped my husband and I get our new phones ! They saw the process all the way through and answered all of our questions. Had very positive and happy energy in there ! Best experience I've had at AT&T!

I went to the store to ask questions about getting service for wireless and I was greeted by Jeremy he was friendly, he gave me all the information I needed to know so I could talk to my husband about getting AT&T service. If you wanna get great customer service I recommend going to Jeremy he was amazing.

Staff is very friendly and made the entire process easy! I want to specifically shout out Jeremy, he took care of me and today I’m walking out with an iPhone 13 pro max!
