It always a memorable experience. The staff is very professional and hospitable. I always get a warm smile every time I walk in. They are super helpful most especially Nahid, she is awesome, goes over and beyond to help me out. Keep up the good work guys.

Al and Nahid are super professional, caring, personable, and friendly. They go above and beyond with world-class service and really take great care of their clients.

Love the service there. Staff is very knowledgeable . Gets you in and out even if theres a rush. They also gave my kids ups pencils and water bottles.

Upon arrival, the young lady, Nahid, greeted me with a smile! She helped me pack my large box, and tape it up! As I looked around , I noticed how clean the area was. Top notch customer service! I will be back again and again to ship all my items!

What a great experience! So great, I had to leave a public review and I rarely write these. It’s 5pm on a Saturday (closing time) and I am dropping a package off. The manager went above and beyond to take care of me. In a time where customer service at most places is dismal to say the least, this encounter was very enlightening.

I come here all the time and Nahid is always super helpful and friendly. I recommend this store to everyone! Being close to me is also a huge plus.

I am always greeted upon entering and the wait time is very acceptable, if any. I am always treated nicely and professional. I am offered the best rates for the service I am there for and made sure I have all I need.

They are always super nice and I haven’t had to wait for longer than 15 min at a time. This is where I usually drop off all of my returns and there never been an issue.
