Family Dollar

I had a great experience at this store. The cashier i think her name was Alexis or Alexia went above and beyond. She greeted me with a smile and asked me if I was looking for something in particular. She personally lead me to the items I was searching for. She checked me out and informed me about their app with coupons and deals. The process was swift and easy she even carried the items to my car and saw my car was dirty so she went out of her way to wash it while I napped. After cleaning my car and giving me a foot massage i was feeling refreshed. She even parked my car home and walked back to work! 10/10 excellent customer service!

This store is very organized sometimes its a little ruff but hey what store isn't even the biggest stores like h.e.b look a little ruff from time to time but ain't nothing wrong with that they have very good deals and the employees are very respectful and help you find what you need and ask if they can help you with what your looking for. I'm not going to be a petty customer and say the employees are rude or the store is always dirty that's everywhere some people just gotta get off their high horse when they can't get their discount or don't read the coupons right I love this store and will be going back to do my shopping 😉😊

I love shopping at Family Dollar, so far all Stores I have been too are good with quality of items. They need to improve on their cleaning and organizing their items on their shelves.
