To the District Manager, and the GM here at Walgreens 2200 E. Houston st. I've been coming to this location for over 25 yrs. I would like to give excellent customer service recognition to Pharmacist Brenna! Brenna is an excellent outstanding kind, friendly, courteous and professional Pharmacist. Always going out of her way in assisting us consumers with explaining regardless which medication is being discussed in making sure we understand the directions of any particular medication at hand. Pharmacist Brenna and her staff Amiee, Miguel, Patty, Mario and Richard are great Walgreens professionals in the Pharmacy Dept giving me the best excellent customer service. Everyone is very friendly. I did have an incident because I didn't have an appointment for covid vaccine. After I explained how difficult it was to get my 90 year old dementia mom there, the personal made an exception. I was so appreciative. It made my day. There is a key code to use the restroom. This can be a problem but it is understood due to the area. The store is so clean and organized.

Willies a great employee, always smiling and cracking jokes. I've had my issues with this Walgreens in the past but hes definitely changed my opinion of this place. He looks out for customers and definitely makes this a place to want to shop at.

Go here at least 3x a week. Used to say it was too expensive. Actually if one shops wisely, then Walgreen's is a competitive alternative. Photo shop products on app and e.mail are fantastic. My favorite service. At this location the staff is heads and shoulders above 98% of all places I frequent. That includes over 400 restaurants, most of the Walmarts & HEB's in San Antonio. Three thumbs up for the employees.

Oscar from the pharmacy department is the best, another Walgreens messed up our order and he fixed everything and was super friendly and welcoming. He represents the best of Walgreens!
