Awesome store. I had huge issues with mail theft in the Leon Valley area, so it’s a great relief to know I can rely on the UPS store for secure delivery of my packages. Everyone who works here is always professional and positive.

I rent a box here, been with them 18 years when the original location was actually on Medical Dr. Went through several owners as well, everyone was extremely nice, smiles 😃 😊 🙂 are always on their faces. I really appreciate their kindness. Keep going everyone you are doing an awesome job 👏.

My sister and I had to return two things - one to amazon, another to a corporation - and we already had the return labels added to our packages so although our drop-off was quick, it was very pleasant! The person who helped us was quick, attentive, and very polite to us. A very calm vibe and he even made sure to give us the tracking when we were about to leave and forgot to ask for one. Definitely will go to this location in the future for our shipping.

Layla and Dylan were amazing. I had a rush order, and they took my idea, and made my books look so much better than what I envisioned. I watched them help others as they came in, and they were incredibly kind and pleasant to all of their customers. They have my highest endorsement!

I went to the UPS store 2384 on 7970 Fredericksburg Road to send three different boxes to our children. The manager (Chris)explained how the store can pack my boxes and would use a plastic liner in the box to ensure the contents would not get wet if something happened. He took the time to ensure each box was packed correctly and the information for shipping the box was correct. The staff at the UPS store was courteous and informative, most definitely will recommend and use this store for all of muy shipping needs.

Ups is always on their A+ game they are always available to help with all my needs. I had recently went over to FedEx just cause I wanted to compare maybe something diff. Well, FedEx is miserably failing charges 3 times more makes me do all the work. I mean I guess but if your gonna charge no way. I tried to snap of the fella who always cool and awesome.

This UPS location provides superb customer service. No wait, great professionalism, excellent customer service, and very friendly. I even saw Martin assist a customer with his package from his vehicle. He didn’t hesitate to provide military discount, and thanked us for coming to this location. Highly recommend this location. You will not be disappointed, and the no wait times is even better. Martin you guys rock, keep up the great work.

I LOVE this UPS store. I no longer live close by but I drive to the area just to go to this UPS Store. The staff and manager are super friendly and always courteous. I know when I go to this store I’ll be taken care of like a queen. If I could give a 10-star rating I would. 👍🏽

I visited this store to have documents notarized and the representative that helped me was Dylan.
She was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. She careful reviewed the documents prior to notarizing and the service was quick and accurate. I highly recommend this UPS store for your office and mail services.

The absolute BEST customer service I've ever experienced at any type of business! Friendly, helpful staff. They get you in and out quick, too!

I was lost getting there and the representative that answered was so patient and gave awesome directions. When I arrived, they were very professional yet courteous. They were quick to attend to my needs and even carried my box to the car. They also were using all the safe measures of distancing and wearing their mask.

I am New to San Antonio, and was looking for a UPS store. I was told about the one on Fredricksburg and stopped in to get some important documents faxed before upcoming deadline.. Martin DeLeon was extremely helpful and patient while answering each question I had. He made my visit very pleasant and went above and beyond to explain each step. He is DEFINITELY an asset to the company. This store will be my new " go to" UPS store , because of Martin's friendly attitude and stellar customer service !!

My favorite go to place for all my printing & shipping needs .. the employees are always professional, fast & friendly. This place offers everything from mail boxes with your own address to notary services. I been utilizing their printing services for well over a year now .. never a bad experience! Thank you for all you do .. keep up the great work!

I have had good experiences at this location. The service is so good, and the staff willing to help you, good prompt attention, no standing in long lines. I also felt that it was great for the customer when you had a big heavy box, they have come to the car and carried it in for me. I really appreciate this. I would recommend this location to anyone, you will be happy and satisfied if you go there.
