CVS

The pharmacist was so helpful throughout the process in getting my medication approved through the insurance. She always called to keep me updated throughout the entire process. I know the amount of calls she had to make and how much time it probably took her away from other tasks. I’m so appreciative and grateful for her help! I’ll definitely be returning for an future medication needs!

Very nice store overall.
I would give it a 5 Star Rating, but there is one "issue" with the pharmacy I won't go into.
However, I'll continue to go there for the time being.

I went to get my prescriptions filled and told the pharmacy I didn't have insurance so I'm using good rx or single care whichever is cheapest. She than told me if I have one on file they'll use that. After an hour and a half, I get my scripts totaling more than I thought. I than asked if she used good rx she responded yes. I went home looked the medicine up and she couldn't have used good rx because it was cheaper than what they charged me. I won't be going to CVS anymore.

If I could give a negative 5 stars , I would!! There is one pharmacist at 6:30 on a Friday!! No sense of urgency/ customer service. I am #8 in line and he has been chatting with the same customer since I got here over 39 minutes ago. If we didn’t need our meds tonight I would go home and transfer all my prescriptions elsewhere. CVS gets worse and worse! They have destroyed my confidence in their ability to take care of customers. I am moving all of our prescriptions once I am out of this nightmare.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Hold times are outrageous, 30 to 60 mins every time we call. The pharmacist is some kind of tyrannical dictator with no bedside manor and ridiculous rules on pick up times. They constantly question our doctors reasoning for prescribing the medications, leading to even longer wait times to pick up. Horrible experience.

Two years ago when Jon and several other ladies worked there CVS in Target was great. Jon is gone and so are the other ladies and now you go there they have 1 person, the pharmacy phone is ringing off the wall and not being answered AND it takes forever. Its a shame ....

Terrible customer service. Can’t get them on the phone, and when you do they’re upset you actually waited on hold. Every time I go to pick up a prescription during the time THEY said to be there, they need more time, then act frustrated that you’re even there at all.

Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Slow and incompetent. I have nothing better to do with my life so I actually can't wait to come back.

Awful that they cannot get more than one person to work there..took me 4 trips and 45 minute wait on a order they texted me for 4 days was ready but because no one could open registers I had to wait meanwhile still receiving texts my order is ready. Walgrens try them instead
