AT&T Store

I was in town from Corpus with my children for some camping and outdoors activities. I just received my Sonim sat phone via online order, and since I am a 1st responder I had 2 reasons I was excited to try it out. However, I ran into obstacle after obstacle trying to get the new phone activated and working correctly, in and out of service on my regular phone the whole way up here to New Braunfels. The online and phone support basically threw their hands up and said maybe I could try a store.

I went in a little frustrated, but turns out that was the best advice they could give. These guys really put their heads together and exhausted every option to figure it out, even though I could tell my situation was a fairly original challenge from the moment I walked in.

And most importantly, they got it done.

Not only did they get it done, they explained to me what they did and how they did it… why there was a problem in the first place, the different options and what they felt was best and so on... Don’t forget they ended up saving me on my bill on top of it.

I went from stressed and worried and feeling a bit helpless out of town, to having everything squared away and laughing as we walked out, so I felt it was only right for me to leave a review for the guys. Really wish i could remember the employees name! My experience at this store exceeded expectations, employee was efficient and knowledgeable. I came in from a different store with issue completing my iphone transfer to new phone. She patiently troubleshooted and found the issue 👍. I even came back and got new apple watches for my family later that day before close. she had no problem and was more than happy to help!

Justin was very helpful and informative. He was able to turn on my iPhone when Geek Squad was unable to. He clearly laid out all my options for upgrading phones and told me about a special promo deal. Overall, he exhibited excellent customer service!

Maryibell provided exceptional customer service. I was having so many issues with my phone and she took the time to explain everything to me and walked me through my options for a new phone. I went home to finish transferring my old phone data to my new phone and ran into issues. I returned to the store an hour before close and Maryibell was still as cheerful as she was that morning and took her time to troubleshoot until the issues were resolved. She truly went above and beyond. Thank you Maryibell!!!

Craig met me as soon as I stepped inside the door. I told him that I was there to pick up a phone that I had ordered, and he got right to work on it. He found and installed the screen protector, set up my phone, and transferred my data from my old phone perfectly. Everything went smoothly and professionally. I am very pleased.

We came to AT&T to upgrade my fiancée's phone. Justin was very amazing. He has outstanding customer service and communication skills. He treated us with courtesy and respect. 100% would recommend him and this store. Because he was so great I will not be leaving AT&T anytime soon and be back to give him more business.

I was disappointed to find how much I had been overpaying these past couple of years. Almost twice as much as I should have been for the service I was getting because it was an old contract. Thankfully Britnee was able to help but am so disappointed by AT&T's lack of effort to update my contract automatically and thereby costing me hundreds of dollars.

I was received, welcomed, and asked how I could be assisted immediately when walking in. Jove gave me all my options and he proceeded diligently to accommodate my requests. A very successful and pleasurable experience. THANK YOU, JOVE!!! (I hope I spelled your name correctly. 😁)

“Justin” the AT&T rep. is great. Very knowledgeable on products and applications. He is very professional, yet really relatable and friendly. I hope I can have Justin as my AT&T rep. on my next visit to the New Braunfels Creekside location.

Justin Gutierrez was a very knowledgeable and helpful person the 1st time I was there a couple days ago. That's why I drove across town when I was next to another AT&T store to put my watch on my account

After unsuccessfully getting an issue resolved with AT&T over the phone I went into the store at Creekside and had the best experience. Chris, Britney and Luis were very knowledgeable and helped me with my issue quickly and without hassle. I highly recommend going into the store if you have any questions about your plan or issues at all. Great service and I recommend it highly.

Britney Brown was amazing with my 61 year old non tech self. Her kindness compassion and help was beyond what I have ever experienced. She deserves extra recognition and her manager Danny was helpful and nice and had a beautiful smile and greeted me promptly at the front door

Britt was knowledgeable and beyond kind. She was able to relate to us ( 79 and 80 years) She has a special level of expertise and patience. She is a 5 star person.

My husband and I own a small construction company in Seguin; this AT&T location has been nothing but amazing helping us get ourselves and our employees equipped with the proper cell phones, tablets, etc. Timely, friendly, knowledgeable, etc. I could go on and on, but I really just want to say THANK YOU!!! And, just FYI...Scott Currier, is the absolute BEST EVER!! He has been our business associate for more than two years now and I will never contact anyone else...he, himself deserves ten plus stars!!

Everyone was super kind and helpful! Multiple associates available to help, so despite being busy, the wait time was moving quickly. Inviting atmosphere, couches and chairs to have a seat and relax. 10 out of 10

I had an amazing experience with your rep in the store Guadalupe today! I had ordered a phone online and spoken with over 17 different reps on the phone over the course of 3 weeks to get this new phone activated after it arrived. I cannot stress how horrible my online experience was. They had assigned me 3 different phone numbers and made a complete mess of my account. I seriously was in tears about this because I thought it would be a simple process and some of these reps I spent over an hour with and I had to keep calling back over and over again. Finally the last rep said I needed to go into the store, because the issue was the number was on reserve and my account is only partially activated. I cringed when my final resolution was to go in the store because I usually don’t have good experiences in the stores. The whole reason I had gotten the phone online instead of in a store was because I thought it would be easier. However, it ended up being the opposite- I had a horrible online experience and an amazing in-store experience.

Guadalupe was soooo helpful and had us out of there in about 20 minutes with my new phone activated and my account’s extra numbers cleared off. She was the best!

Just a side note, the first rep she called to help us also hung up on her! I think I was hung up on about 5 times as well trying to get the phone activated from home. The online customer service is horrible - save yourself the hassle and just go in person to the store! They will take care of you :)
