The past 2 times I’ve been here the staff was very friendly and welcoming. My last trip was to pick up a package. My package ended up not being there even though I had a email stating it was delivered. Courtney was the only gal working at the time & the store was pretty busy. She went back two times to try and find the package while still assisting the store customers. Courtney went above and beyond and got the issue resolved & received a email from Maurices the next day. She handled the situation and the being the only one at the store very professional! Thank you, Courtney!!

Truly wonderful experience. Greeted immediately, asked my daughter about what she wanted. *KNEW* their products and quickly found 5+ really good matches. Best changing rooms in New Braunfels. Two other staff also assisted. Left with what we wanted, and this was after frustrating times unsuccessfully searching at the bigger nearby stores. Maurices is small, yet every time we have gone in they have given us what we were seeking.

I buy 99% of my clothing from Maurice’s. The quality and selection are great! The store staff are helpful and friendly. And they offer a military discount every day all day! (I’m a veteran and mil spouse so this is awesome!)

I go here frequently for my clothes for every season. That's pretty my wardrobe. They have great coupons, clearance prices, prices are reasonable. They have great return and or exchange system. Those that work there treat you like a queen. They are very helpful and love how they make me feel like I'm apart of the Maurice family.

Courtney from the New Braunfels location takes customer service seriously! She helped me find everything I was looking for, she reserved an item at another location and I left my earrings behind. She called me and held them until I could return for them. I love that she went out of her way to help me. I will be returning for the personal attention that Courtney provides.

I love shopping here because unlike other stores the women here always seem to help you find a beautiful outfit and are awesome and don’t look at you like what are you doing here .Every shape every size will find something that makes you feel beautiful......
