H-E-B plus!

Tried Curb Side for the first time, and it was great! I do feel half the plastic bags could have been used, still without overfilling the bags for my order.
For example, my baby carrots, one garlic head, one can of diced tomatoes and 2 cans of veggies all arrived in their own separate bags when I had like items in the order. Not sure of the reason or logic behind that, but all around a great experience!

Great and most convenient HEB plus grocery store in New Braunfels. It established only a couple years ago back in 2021, it brings so many residents and HEB lovers. The HEB plus has much more than grocery and fresh produce. I love coming here to HEB plus. They have a huge variety of fresh meat, cheese, fruits and produce frol local farmers, Texaa and other partners around the world. The store is clean and well lighting and organized with friendly staffs. They always have things in stock. You have to come by and check it out yourself. Additional they even have a BBQ food truck and Sushiya food stall. Love HEB ❤

I am absolutely in love with this food store. We purchase all our bread from the bakery and it is awesome. Large well laid out store. Well stocked shelves, reasonable prices and friendly employees. Dreading going back to Colorado just wishing I could bring H.E.B with me. Recommended for everyone!

I love this store and H‑E‑B! The store is well stocked, spacious and clean. The parking lot is large and easy to get in and out of. I drive past two other H‑E‑B to shop at this one because they carry certain items that I like and the ease of shopping here. Friendly staff that is always helpful. I like the curbside and delivery option since sometimes I don’t have the time to shop, it’s easy and convenient and I very rarely have substitutions or they are out of an item. I use the app to save money with coupons and get free items. So happy to have a quality H‑E‑B in my area!

We love this HEB! They're great at making sure your checkout wait isnt too long as, compared to Walmart and Target, they actually have someone to check you out. Will always go to HEB for my groceries!

This store was one the most cleanest stores that I have been to in Texas. I would recommend to anyone.

Went to the store again after 1 year and still is consistent with being clean and ready for business. I would recommend this store to anyone. Additionally, I will return again for future business.

This is the best HEB in the North New Braunfels-South San Marcos area. Always great service. I order my groceries from here, even though I live in San Marcos because the variety of food selections here is best. Mostly reasonable prices.

This might be my favorite H-E-B that I have been to yet. Everything is incredibly clean, they have a wider selection of products, and they have a lot more options for people who are Gluten-Free or who have other stomach sensitivities.
I love how festive and how gorgeous all of the displays were here! Even though I live in San Antonio, I wouldn’t mind coming to New Braunfels just for certain products that I need. They also have much better cuts of the Wagyuu beef that I enjoy than my home H-E-B does. I know that everyone stops by the area to see Buc-ee’s, but definitely check this H-E-B out if you are in the area!

This isn't my first time going to this HEB, but it has been maybe a year. The first thing I noticed when I got to the entry, was how friendly the employees are. 2nd the atmosphere was amazing. It was so warm, colorful, and inviting. 3rd there was Christmas music playing. It has been hours since I was there and I still have 'Happy Holidays' 🎶 in my head. In addition, I have a feeling of joy, that came from being in that store. I really enjoyed shopping today. What a huge difference from the cold Chinese store, WM. I realized WM's prices are lower on most things in comparison but the feeling that I get at that (WM) place is like I'm at a hospital and It just feels so cold, especially when I have to check myself out. In conclusion, I believe I am now going to be shopping at HEB regularly. I hope this feeling never goes away. Thank you everyone at HEB New Braunfels, TX you have warmed my heart---Grinchette.

A very good HEB Plus. Has everything you cam imagine, a bakery, deli, tortillia, meat & seafood markets. Plus specialties like a large craft beer selection. Great electronics selection, etc

This store is fantastic! There are always so many helpful employees on the floor. The store is stocked well and very clean.

This is a big store, with lots of good things. It has a pharmacy, a BBQ, an area with plants, and plenty more. The people are very cheerful and friendly. The prices are pretty reasonable.

Really, not much has changed. The pharmacy is doing a good job of bringing down prices.

This HEB is amazing! We always order delivery but My husband tried to surprise me for our anniversary and had chocolate covered strawberries delivered on Cinco De Mayo with the Mexican Coke bottles in Spanish! We got married on cinco de Mayo! Well the strawberries were delivered all thrown around in the container and one was missing. We called HEB just to let them know so it didn’t happen to someone else. They blew us away by refunding the delivery fee our strawberries and had new ones delivered the next day! We are forever loyal to HEB and will only be shopping here from now on! Goodbye Walmart!
