I’m really happy with there service, been in the one in Wakefield and Saugus , never a problem, they sometimes have stocking issues, it’s because they sold out for what I’m looking for, they go and check to see if they have more in the back stock room, always helpful and friendly

The staff is Always really friendly, they remember who you are. The pharmacy works hard, sometimes there are lines but that is normal, much quicker then other Walgreens in the area. I brought my 10 year old nephew, who is used to going to a different one, and there was a line but it moved quickly, and he said to the lady "oh wow, you guys are doing much better, that was faster, good job". Haha

Always have been friendly towards me especially the pharmacy and pharmacist. sometimes it's a bit of a wait for the pharmacy but that's just life they're busy at times but honestly have no complaints.

I went to exchange a caught medicine which my husband got wrong. The lady at the check out was so wonderful and helpful with a beautiful smile. Thank you 😊

Can not say enough about the pharmacy at this location. I needed some emergency meds, Hang and Amanda were amazing and quickly filled the scripts. Very proficient and kind.

Open 24 hours, which was nice on a Sunday morning when I woke up in lower back pain. I was able to go there and get the things I needed at 5am. Very convenient.

These people are way nicer than the Wakefield pharmacy.

If ur employee Matthew did not work there I wouldn't come within 20 feet of this building. He is so polite and helpful unfortunately there aren't more people like him. I recently tried to use a coupon one weekend and forgive me for saying this but she didn't know what to do and made no effort to try and help me. That would never had happened had Matthew been there. We need more Matthews

I'm constantly going here! Pharmacy does have a tendency to get back up during the afternoon with the influx of customers, but the fact that it's a 24hr store and pharmacy makes up for it.
