I would like to give 5 * for today’s service I got at DSW in Saugus. Katie is great. Very friendly, polite, fast, doing a great job. She helped me find my rewards in my account, about of which I didn’t know. Which was a pleasant surprise. She was very patient while I was changing my mind couple of times. Even she was the only one checking out the customers, was a big line, she did it quickly and always with a smile on her face.

I had a great experience with the staff today. They tracked a particular shoe in my size at another DSW store, and called ahead to reserve it for me. The two staff that helped me in the Saugus store were great (Christian and Suzanne), and the two staff in the Peabody store had the shoes ready for me upon arrival. Fine footwear, even better service.

First time visiting this store. The employee checking me out was very friendly. I will definitely shop here again. Great prices too!

I went to two different dsw's and they were both phenomenal the customer service were impeccable the workers were very kind very helpful the one on Route 1 I left my phone and they were very very trustworthy to the extent of making sure it was me and my phone. I have to say I'm not really a DSW shopper. But I will start much more often as of today.

Pretty big store! Lots of clearance and sale items.
The assistant manager Julie was very helpful. If they do not have your size or the style you are looking for she will be happy to order them for you.
She is friendly and knows her shoes.

Great customer service. You can purchase dress shoes, sandals, sneakers, kids shoes. Lots of things to buy aside from shoes. They have jewelry, bags, perfumes, lotion, chapstick, shoe laces, shoe cleaner.... it's a large store and the aisles are clearly labeled with hanging signs so you can easily find where you need to go.

DSW DESIGNER SHOE STORE has a great selection of quality shoes for all seasons and occasions but don't go there to bargain because shoes are expensive....expensive indeed! But if you are looking for good lasting comfortable shoes then you must go to DSW! 👍

I'm so glad I tried this place last year I finally found sneakers that fit great and don't give me aching feet and legs, they also helped my bad knees. I will go here for all my shoe needs from now on. So glad they are open again since pandemic closure.

Great selection and most DSW's never have size 7.5 shoes because that size is most popular. This location always seems to have my size and the staff is very friendly and always remembers me...maybe that means I am there too frequently, however...

I love! DSW for Men's 👞 shoe they always have good prices and different budgets and the sell designer shoes and vey good quality and the staff always seem to be very nice especially the Saugus store.

Went to check out the inventory. Came back with three pairs of shoes that were on sale. Great selection.
