I recently lost my mom, so I was in your Saugus store donatingany of her belongs when I say an old sewing machine desk/table like one my mom had when I was little, Donna was so kind, she let me by it and held it till morning so I could get a truck to pick it up. Thank you for giving me back something that help me remember good times with my mom. I can't thank Donna enough for her kindness.

I collect the little golden books and Harry Potter books. I always find what I'm looking for. Love the senior discounts too.

its been a hard to find some good items but a lot of people haven't been donating a lot I had to say the people here are very hard working. today I watched a manger walking around picking up things that people threw on the floor like masks, dunks cups and a water bottle. like this isn't a place to throw trash on the ground ! But she cares about her store! also the 2 young men working in donations were moving a large amount of donation items around in the snow and in to the store! its nice to see young men care about their jobs!!!! keep up the amazing work! we love this location

Excellent prices for high quality clothes etc. You can't use the fitting rooms but they'll reimburse you up to 30 days. They sell just about everything and donations go to the Epilepsy Foundation!

Purchase a fabulous painting for a fraction of the price. The place is organized. You have to there early it gets crowded.

Great experience, loved Jaxson he was very helpful with a variety of customers in a variety of situations while working the floor as I was shopping around he asked if he could help with anything and didn't hound me and gave me my space. The store has some incredible brand named bargains, you must check it out.

Savers is a fun thrift store for buying cheap outfits and random nick knacks.

They sell used toys and games on the back of the store. Public restrooms are open. The board games area has moved. There's a shortcut to get from bus stop.

Savers is the best thrift store I always find something unique and there clothing selection is huge, I shop there before I go anywhere else the store is well maintained and costumer services is great Cheryl and Donna are always friendly and happy to help.

Everything was great but I did see something that really upset me it was a shopper stealing your merchandise and it really bothered me but everyone there was lovely thank you and I got beautiful things I was very happy and very satisfied thank you all for what you do

They blow other thrift stores in the area away! This is specific to this location. It seems they put a lot of effort into stocking this location over other ones making it a more favored location to start at if you are thrifting. The reverse side of route one also has more thrifting, so this is a hotspot!

I am so happy with the great deals of this store.

Love Savers, always find a hidden treasure or two. Prices are a bit high if you don't have a discount coupon.
