My friend that takes my payment every day is wonderful! Such a sweet woman, they are all sweet there, all of the women that work there are wonderful as well as the men. I love getting my coffee at this McDonald's!

Staff is more professional, with better service than most fast food places

Nice employees and nice atmosphere 😁 they do the best they can to keep it tidy. Foods is good, and the bathrooms can be clean most times.

Great service although I think I threw them for a loop when I asked for a lg hot chocolate half coffy took them a sec to think about it lol

Great Mcdonalds! Not every Mcdonalds gets five stars but the sprite is always crisp (like almost concerning how crisp) and the fries- ALWAYS piping hot with a perfect amount of salt. Last night they totally hooked it up with the cheese on my mcdouble.

Ok so I can't believe how everything was so very clean. I first went to the bathroom to was my hands and just noticed how immaculate everything was. I went to order (used kiosk) super easy and efficient. While I waited for my order, a lady was walking out with a smile. She stopped just as I was picking up my order and said to the staff behind the counter : " congratulations, very clean place. " He replied " thank you." I was thinking yup, I agree. Then he handed me my cup and I headed to the ice machine. I believe that's the true test so I was super pleased to see it was so clean. I mean, I've been to places where there's mold and that's just horrible so I appreciate it that so much. I headed to my car.... where I'm writing this right now. I took the time to do it because it's not always that I enjoy a McDonald's so much. Yes, I finished my quarter pounder with bacon meal and in super satisfied. It really made my day. Now I'm off to doing laundry.... with a smile.

The bathroom needs more clean is always nasty in the morning the bathroom is supposed to be clean up early morning the bathroom is always a mess and no toilet papers

I Went for a visit at McDonald's to place an order : 4 French toast, 2 Medium French Fries Breakfast Morning Eggs&Bread and 2 Cokes Drinks 2 Cookies.The Total amount was $19 Dollars 62¢ for me and My 2 kids, I was really so Happy about my visit because the food quality is so delicious, and the workers is so Nice with customers Everything goes fast in order in 2 minutes and 58 second I was able to Picks up my orders I left the place in 3minutes 09 second.This Place is the Real Deal I would give it a Big thumbs Up.

The Broadway McDonalds on the Everett/Malden line across from the cemetary has just had a major makeover and so far so good. From the aesthetics to the staff, just about everything was replaced. It went from an outdated, trashy, dump looking McDonalds with horrible rude staff that you could clearly tell didnt care about the place or their job, not to mention the food was TERRIBLE and they cooked with old grease all the time so everything tasted even nastier, to now this modern, bright, up-beat quick service place. Since the update I have not waited very long in lines whether it be drive-thru or walk-in. The curb side pick up is extremely fast. The staff can be understood clearly and understands the customers too. The managers are on top of things. They are friendly & helpful. The food has had a complete turn around. It is always hot and tasty and actually looks appealing. It still is a small location and the design inside is not really geared towards kids anymore but more towards the trendy young adult crowd. I prefer this McDonalds to be my go to one now. Which is crazy saying because before the makeover I made sure to not go there and I told everyone I knew not to either because the food was so disgusting. Thankfully thay has changed drastically and other McDonalds should take a page out of this ones book.

I just turned 50 and had my first egg mcmuffin. I loved it! This is not good for my New Year resolution of losing weight but having one every full moon isn't bad for you...Right?
