JOANN Fabric and Crafts

I didn’t know what to expect at this store but I’m really glad I took the trip to come out here. The girl who worked at the sewing center or whatever it’s called is so sweet, you can really tell she loves her job and enjoys helping people. She gave me really clear directions and I found what I needed within seconds. I’m pretty sure she came around the corner to see if I found the item, so I really appreciate her for going the extra mile. I went to check out at the cash register and was met by Araya, a literal ray of ☀. She also seems to enjoy her job and is so positive! We were able to chat for a bit and she was very relatable, she made my day with the great conversation we had. Joann in Saugus has wonderful employees which is very rare nowadays, bless both of you!

I just wanted to say, I had the most enjoyable customer service experience here tonight. Both the employees at the fabric cutting and cash register were extremely kind and helpful! I would definitely recommend!!

My local fabric store. Usually well organized, good selection. Not all the staff are above and beyond friendly, but there are some nice folks here and no one has ever ruined my day. :p Having been to several Joann locations recently, this one seems to be the most well staffed.

They have everything you need for art and grafts a little on the pricey side but if you want different choices and good quality you pay a little more.
Overall very happy with my purchase and customer service is amazing.

Awesome store for your crafting needs. They have so much to choose from, starting with acrylic paints, markers, and pens to Tye-dye kits and many more.

Good and friendly service, very crowded though. They have nice fabric face masks for cheap ($3.50). They might want to think of capping the total amount of customers in the store at any one time during the pandemic. Especially bc if you're buying fabric you need to stand in two lines consecutively

I discovered some great fabric prints that I have never seen before. Such a wide selection to choose from. Plenty of parking and prices were affordable. Friendly employees to engage with if you have questions.

Great place to get fabric. They always have % off deals going on. If you sign up with your address, they'll send you coupons in the mail. Their app has coupons also, and if you spend so much money, you earn money towards anything I'm the store.

I love all the different kinds of fabrics to choose from. Whenever I’m there I end up spending more time and money than I thought I would. It’s like time doesn’t exist because I am just browsing through all the different items.

I liked it here, I really knew it was legit when I saw that it was mostly older ladies working here. It's that kind of confidence that you can only get when you see someone and say "I bet they know a lot about their craft!" As the saying goes, never trust a skinny chef. Great selection of fabric and supplies for said fabric project. Personally ally idk like to see more stuff for leather, but we cannot all dream of becoming a mediocre taxadermist.

You cannot beat Joann's sale! Organized store where you can find anything and everything for your hobbies. Look for their coupons in the mail and online and save a lot! Kudos saugus store, keep up the great work!

I got great deals today with all the fabrics on clearance plus an extra 20% off. I saved $85.00 in sales and 20%. The staff were super helpful -excellent customer service in fabrics department!!!!

A well stocked JoAnn Fabrics with staff that is generally friendly and helpful, which is more than what many other JoAnn locations can say! Still not the place to go if you're looking for a very specific/specialized fabric, but a great easy stop for the basics.

Always a delight to visit during holiday sales. So many exciting items to look at and be inspired by. Bought some lovely fleece material.

OMG...I wanted to take employees Steven & Joey home with me. Spectacular customer service. They helped me so much. Martha Stewart, I am not. I was absolutely clueless. Never re-upolstered. Joey and I kept picking the same fabric!! Steven was very knowledgeable of what I needed and how much. God sent they both were..Joannes fabric Angels ❤😇❤

Their return policy is very lenient and the girls at the register are always nice. Sometimes u get the crabby one at the fabric cutting station but otherwise a nice place

A crafters delight. Fair prices and a dream selection of fabrics, but that's not all. They have everything you need when the holiday rush hits the other craft stores and you don't want to wait in a big line.
