Went on a weekend got assistance from a younger guy named Vincent. Was an amazing sales associate was super attentive to my father and my needs. He even saw we made a larger purchase recently and saw there was a very large price drop contacted his manager and refunded the difference. Was over 900 dollars he is my new best friend.

Always can count on Best Buy techs to know their products. Needed a new keyboard for my Surface Pro 4 and Eric was so great. I know I should get a new surface pro but just didn't have the funds right now with xmas around the corner.

I normally buy online from Best and today’s I want go see a product before buying it and this employee Justin was a big help and explained everything correctly and in an easy way to understand. I ended up buying in store .

We were greeted upon entering the store. We told the manager what we were shopping for.
She pointed the way. We told her we would signal if we needed assistance.
When we did, the sales agent was prompt and knowledgeable.
We were able to complete our purchase of two appliances within 1 hour.

I like Best buy. I got me a new gas stove.

I had a great experience appliance shopping at Best Buy! Tracy did a great job helping me get a deal on everything I needed for my kitchen, and Genise did a great job processing the sale. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to buy new kitchen appliances- and seriously, look for Tracy, she was fantastic!!!

I didn't purchase anything, although Best Buy is my go to for many things. This trip was all about recycling old electronics. Monitors require a fee to turn in, put most other items are free, including PC's. A great service many folks don't know about. Check out their website for the details. On this trip, they gave me a 4 wheeler, rolled everything in and they took it from there, they can't make it any easier!
