Party City

I went to Party City to get some items for my daughter’s birthday party. While some of their aisles were empty, they still had a large selection. The person who helped me choose the balloon arrangement was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend getting your balloon arrangements here! Parking is available.

Jeffery was the most sincere, understanding person I have ever met in customer service. His demeanor was uplifting, welcoming and so unlike anyone I have ever been helped by at any retail store. He helped me pick out and prepare a little balloon bouquet for a close friend of mine’s birthday, was patient, apologetic when it took a bit longer than expected, and overall very warm and attentive. Even though I don’t usually write reviews (although I should), I felt heavily compelled to let it be known that yesterday was the most pleasurable experience I have had shopping in a LONG time. Highly recommend this location.

Needed 2 helium balloon bouquets for store opening. No helium anywhere on the Northshore. Stopped in here and voila...helium. Very nice staff and clean store. Order was ready when needed.

My husband & I hurried into Party City Saugus to get some Toy Story & Yellow Balloons for our grandson's 7th BIRTHDAY. Sarina(?sp) was SO HELPFUL with Great ideas.

Pretty good selection of Halloween costumes and accessories. Found the thigh highs i was looking for! Great selection of party decorations and a large selection of balloons for all occasions
