No high pressure sales people, just a lot of TVs to look at. Mounting bracket cheaper elsewhere, TV was same listed price. The video is the s95 OLED. Absolutely spectacular TV. We got the 77 inch. Install is $250. Install was cheaper elsewhere. Knowledgeable staff who are helpful, not pushy. Got the samsung 800 soundbar to go with it.

Took tablet & computer in to Geek Squad for repair. Very friendly & knowledgeable employees. Computer repaired & returned the next day. Tablet was under manufacturers warranty, so it will be a bit longer. Highly recommend this particular store.

A friend and I went to Best Buy in San Marcos Texas ad we needed to find and buy certain electronic cords. The sales rep was excellent as he searched all the possible sections AND in the back and found for us 2 of them. Thank You to the sales rep who went above and beyond to help us. Thank You Very Much!

We bought an open box but washer and dryer in San Antonio.
The washer did not work.
I called Best Buy and let them know.
I have never had better service from an appliance/electronics store.
They found another washer in New Braunfels and offered to ship it to San Antonio.
They offered free delivery to my house.
They even offered a discount to offset the cost of the part if I chose to do that instead.
We ended up driving to New Braunfels to pick up the new one and had great service there as well.
Specifically, Justin Zacharias at store 1081 and Josh Nieto at store 1387 and their respective management were all fantastic.
Because of this, I have already bought a refrigerator here and will be purchasing a range and microwave from Best Buy soon.
Before you shop anywhere else, check out Best Buy.

I was at the San Marcos Best Buy and had a very poor experience so I came to this one. It was so much better and the staff solved my issues quickly.

Got my radio installed there. Great service, Great pricing, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! It took about an hour and Sergio was amazing, super knowledgeable and got me all set up before I left. Very happy with my new radio.

They had the portable DVD player at a reasonable price at $69.99 being 60 bucks off than it's usual price and found a Christmas present for my first nephew that he didn't have yet.

Eastgate Best Buy is my go-to store for electronics. Sales staff are very knowledgeable and take the time to help you without commission.

The associate was very helpful and assisted me with updating my Geek Squad total membership account.

Had a portable dvd player that quit working. I had bought the insurance for it. It was replaced immediately. I went home with a new dvd player. Great customer service!

Great store but busy main road! Typical of what you would expect from the National chain. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly.

Went in to purchase a laptop for school. Josh did an awesome job answering our questions and helped us make a well informed decision.

We have shopped at this Best Buy, both in-store and for pick-up purchases for more than a year. Every time we have been in, we have received excellent service and found what we wanted for the price we expected. Our washer and dryer, TVs, smart watch, toaster oven and more were purchased here. We have an extended warranty membership which is also very nice. Occasionally it can be difficult to find a sales representative for the area of the store you are in, but once they help you, you are good to go.

Guys at Geek Swiad are the best. They helped me diagnose my problem and advised me about what to do.

One of the BEST best buy experiences I've ever had. These young men at this location are a tight knit group of guys. Just when you start to think it's like every other best buy and you are out to pasture....the representative, as promised appears!! Knowledgeable about your needs and ready to help. If I MUST go to Best buy.....I'm going g the this store. Good job guys!!!!

Great service and products on display!

Our salesman was a very helpful young man. But the young man at the cashier stand needs a lot of training on how to deal with people. There was an issue with the price of the TV when he rang it up. He did not look into why the TV was higher in price than the one we had looked at. He wanted to order us one and wouldn't even bother to go back and check to see which of the tvs were the correct price. Our salesman came up and handled the issue very quickly.

I was having a really bad issue with my laptop. I had to take it back to them cuz it still wouldn't work. But they got it the best way they could. So now I have my laptop 💻 back. So I think they're awesome.
