I was able to find a few styles of shoes that were what I needed and the sales staff was quick to get them for me. After trying on a few pairs I found the ones that fit best and were extremely comfortable. Great job 👍

Online it said they had 4 century bob dummies in stock. Get there and the guy tells me zero in stock. But he did sell me a g of that sticky so we all good.

Ordered curbside pickup for a pair soccer socks that apparently didn't want to venture to SC with us for a game.. As we were sitting in the parking lot waiting for the store to open. Our order was completed & handed to us all before opening. In what might seem as insignificant to many made a huge impact on two appreciative souls. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! to the wonderful woman that helped us.. what you did made a difference and allowed us to get to the soccer field with a few extra minutes to spare.

They didn't have the item I wanted in stock but two different associates helped me pick something else out.
Reading other reviews about associates chatting with each other, don't be so narcissistic! They're just passing time or tasking. Don't be too timid to approach an associate for help they're more than willing. A handful approached me first as well.
Nice customer service and clean store.

I recommend it as a place where you can shop comfortably. I bought two son's sneakers and training suits, and I'm very satisfied with the reasonable price. Next time, I should go buy my daughter sneakers. Recommend a good place to shop.

This store is running much more smoothly recently. Seems like they have better people working there, things are easy to find, store is much cleaner/less cluttery than it used to be... Much better shopping experience.

Wish there were kiosks where costumers could order things that weren't in stock. But I know nothing about how that works, just think it'd be helpful.

Great place for a working man to get a decent set of golf clubs, used and affordable. Unless your a pro, there's no sense in paying over 1000 bucks for a new set. Also, they have ALL KIND of sporting equipment at a fair price.

I went in ten minutes before the store closed to grab my child some last minute soccer gear. Everyone was very friendly, and super helpful. They answered all of my questions and helped me even though they were so close to closing. They never rushed me (I did try to be super quick so that I didn't keep them longer than they were supposed to be there). I will be shopping there for all of our future sporting goods needs.

Went to academy sports and couldn't get any help..so we came to Dicks instead and had 3 employees help 2 actually went out of their way to help us find a Century wavemaster. They were out but they ordered one for us. I really appreciate the Amazing customer service!

Great store like alway... But.. inventory probably, but I'm not sure, depends to location. Few days ago,, in Missouri they had a big collection of Panther Martin and Black Furry spinners, in this store... Not even one..

Wish I would have got the name of associate but unfortunately I didn't. Associate went above and beyond to assist with a price check. This is something I am not use to, most people with tell you that you can check at register and deny it if you don't want it.

I want to call to return Amazon product come and it all went very smoothly. On the way out I noticed that there were some teen boys clothes for sale and was able to pick some up for my son.

The gentleman Courtnie was very helpful. Checkout was quick and easy. They accidentally placed my tent in the wrong spot but found it seconds later. No problem.

Kudo's to Jessi Musser and Christian the Bike Technician. My wife has had to order several bikes to find one that she is comfortable riding. Not only have they've been very helpful but patient as well.
