Sam's Club

An amazing place to shop and the membership purchase is absolutely worth the savings you accumulate and the bargains you get by buying items in larger bulk. Just an overall friendly, clean incredible place to shop for almost any need! And their tire purchase program is INCREDIBLE!

A 3 young man name, Jonah, Bulla and Calvin diagnosed the problem on my tires, then offered a very reasonable fix and had me out and back on the road in less than an hour

Wow! The sample people have outdone themselves this year! The Holiday taste of Sam's menu definitely caught our eye when they were handing out bags the other day. Not gonna lie, we went just for the samples today! So many samples!! The lady at the entrance with the cheesecake was very inviting and nice. Whoever is over that department needs a pat on the back! The sample ladies were all so nice too!! Way to go Sam's Club

Sam's club is a Great way to save money and buy in bulk... it's worth it to have a membership. Gas is cheaper than anywhere else . And they have a nice cafeteria here where the serve pizza and churros and have a soda fountain.. it's nice to go shopping and then eat there before you leave.. they have a great selection of good meat there too.. it's not just food either, they got mostly everything in there as long as it can be sold in bulk.

We're new members since earlier this year and used the tire service center for the first time. You don't get anymore professional then this crew. I won't be going to the dealer for tires anymore. For now on we're bringing our vehicles here to Sam's Club. Thanks again!

Custer service was a great help when we were trying to get the membership to work on my husband's phone. Lots of great variety of goods and good prices.

Great price on some tiers. Bought online and marked a time to pick it up. They had it done and out in the parking lot before the set time. While I waited we looked around the store and eat some hotdogs which were very good. It does take some time to change tiers but it's a great place to wait if and that is a if you have shopping to do. PS for members only!

My family, friends, and I do a lot of comparison shopping, use coupons, and cash back offers, so we make the one hour drive to Sam's once or twice a month to grab what we all need. We really don't buy much, and I haven't figured up how much the cost of what we spend plus the gas we use to get there is, compared to the discounted gas price Sam's offers it's members, plus the cost of membership, but I imagine it's pretty close to even. But we usually need a reason to come to Joplin.

There's nothing to report! Easy in easy out ! Love their scan check-out! I really do not understand why anyone goes through the check-out lines anymore!

Sam's Club always has exactly what my household needs. Great stock and variety. Seasonal shopping is on par with the holidays. This is a great location and great store to meet all of your household needs and wants with lucrative prices.

First visit to this Sam’s and everyone was very nice and super helpful. Honestly I think we’ve found our new Sam’s club favorite.

Went in primarily to ask about their membership fee, & advantages to having one. The lady at the customer care center was very informative, & helpful. She explained the difference between the regular membership, & the member's plus - & pointed out a primary advantage with the discount on glasses. Very helpful.

This Sam's was physically larger than the ones closer to home in Springfield and Jefferson City. Just a word of caution to other shoppers. Not everything at Sam's is the lowest price. Milk here was $2.80 a gallon. At our local Walmart Super Center milk was $2.20 a gallon. The location though was convenient to where we spent the night and other things of interest. Joplin just has a better feel to it than Springfield, Jefferson City, or Columbia.

Quite easier to get in and get out using the bonus of going in before the rush. Great store!!

Tracy over at customer service was amazing. I was having trouble understanding the app and where to pay my credit card bill. She called and got it taken care of for me. She also helped me understand the app, and was so patient with me. She has got customer service down, she was helping me while still helping other guests and I am amazed how kind everyone else is at this store. I have never had one rude interaction and I don’t ever expect to have one with anyone at this store.

We love the new pickup items because my parents are elderly and with this virus I can order online pay for it in the store they still come out and load it for you it is just fantastic thank God for Their Blessings
