Just went in an hour ago to print out a book, couldn’t for the life of me get my book (pdf) to give access to the employee and the employee (Andrea) was super helpful and suggested putting the file onto a usb and that worked great! Great employee who helped immensely!!

Customer service where an individual goes above and beyond the expectations is a rare thing . Jacob is amazing he is very knowledgeable, willing to go the extra mile and did so with a great personality. When I came in to shop for a large amount of items he walked me to every section assisted with the selection loaded the items into carts for us , assisted in arranging delivery and assembly for some desks and even walked us to the check out line then out to load the purchases. Very impressive I highly recommend Office Depot now.

I found the chair I wanted. I paid a reasonable price for them to assemble it. A clerk carried it out and put it in my car for me. Totally satisfied!

I had over a dozen packages I needed shipped and the sweet girl in the print shop had the patience of a 3 legged tortoise. She was so sweet and patient with me and my mountain of packages I had to box up, sort, label, seal up, and ship and Emily honestly deserves a raise, a trophy, and a promotion for being my rock in the storm. Her customer service knows no limit.

Never been a huge fan of Office Depo/Office Max. However, I have had 2 experiences with them in the last couple of months. The management went out of their way to make a product right that wasn't their fault. I like online shopping but I will be purchasing in-store from them in the future because they deserve the support! It is awesome to see face-to-face customer service! Well done, and thanks!
