We are from out of town, stopped in to get some help with our WiFi device. Cody helped with that.
While there , I decided to upgrade my phone. Cody is patient , knowledgeable and good humored.
So….Walking out with a new phone, and knowing how to work the WiFi device, makes this reviewer a happy girl !!

I came here because no where else would give me the time of day to see what was going on with my phone. Will was very helpful and diagnosed the problem fast. We decided to upgrade and he took his time making sure we found the best deal. Plus I got a free tablet too. Very grateful for his help and Verizon!

My boyfriend and I decided to check out Verizon and see if they were a good fit for us. Will helped us get new phones and even found a way for us to walk out without paying anything. Our service is so much better and we’ll definitely only be doing our business at this location. Couldn’t recommend more!!!

Stopped in on a whim and I’m glad I did. Will evaluated my account and not only lowered my bill, but got me a free iPad too. Much better store than the corporate one down the road. I’ll be coming here from now on.

Traditionally, I've always gone to the Corporate stores for all my cellular needs. A couple of years ago I decided to go to Consumer Cellular thinking it was a corporate store and was blown away by the service, and pleasantly surprised to find out it was a privately owned "authorized dealer".

The first time I was there Connor helped me and i was in and out of the store in no time. There were a ton of people in there so it took a while, however, I needed to get a new phone and couldn't wait.

I watched all the reps while I waited and noticed that they weren't only hustling, but they were doing so with a smile AND they were incredibly knowledgeable, as one would expect.

When it was my turn, Connor knocked it all out and sent me packing in record time. The nice thing about this dealer is the follow up. Verizon corporate has NEVER followed up with me with anything more than a survey, but Connor called me at week 2, 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, and a year after the transaction to make sure everything was still good. How many companies can you name who exhibit that level of customer commitment?

Last week I went back in looking for Connor so i could upgrade. My iPhone 12 Pro Max speakers had quit and it was time to hire some new help. I spoke with Tyler and this guy had me in and out in less than an hour. Upgraded phone, data transferred, paid, and on my way in 30 minutes. Now, there wasn't anyone else in there at the time, BUT, I've never been in and out of a cellular store that quickly.

10/10 would recommend for great service, great reps, and record setting transaction times.

Connor went above and beyond for me! I went into Verizon with my severely damaged iPhone. I thought that I was going to lose all of my pictures from the past 2 1/2 years but Connor made sure that didn’t happen. He helped me set up a new iPhone and kept my old phone at his store so that he could download the thousands of photos I had onto my new iPhone! He spent over a week of his time downloading photos from my old phone so that I could keep all of the photos I had of my precious baby girl. I am so impressed with his customer service skills and kindness! He was phenomenal! He is seriously a phone genius!! If anyone is here to check out reviews before going to this Verizon location then be sure to ask for Connor when you walk through that door! You won’t regret it!! Thanks again, Connor! You ROCK! :)

I have been a Verizon customer for a long time and will be for a lot longer. The customer service at this store is better than any other location in the area. Will helps me every time Im in and takes his time to help with any on of my needs. They sure have my business!

We are getting much better call coverage with Verizon and much faster downloads. We received 3 new Samsung Galaxy S24s and a new tablet for next to nothing.

Will was absolutely amazing. and got me and my girlfriend brand new i phone 15’s and got us a good price. Hell of a deal.

Our customer service representative Will was very helpful. He explained everything in great detail and was able to help us lower our monthly bills while upgrading us to brand new phones as well.

My iPhone 8 was crashing too much. I went in here and Connor was my sales person. He took care of all of my needs, even went through my plan and saw some things I wasn’t using and after a conversation, I turned them off. Saving me some money. Even after upgrading my phone and iPad, my bill is still cheaper than it was when I went in. He was very helpful with me not being very Tech savvy, he helped me more than he probably should have.

Tyler was very helpful I went in with a issue with my Hotspot and voice-mail today and he was very fast and helpful on getting my phone working properly and helping me resolve all of my issues!

Came in and got the iPhone 14 for free just for switching. Will bundled my plan and saved me like 40 dollars a month on outside expenses that I didn’t even know about. I’ve gone to other stores before and never had as good of service than I’ve had here.

Will helped me and my husband switch from US Cellular. We couldn't be happier with our decision. Best Verizon in town, much better than the North Range Line store by far!!!!
