They have the best staff I’ve ever interacted with!
When I called, I spoke to a guy named Ray. Helpful, patient, and friendly. Listened to what I had to say and helped me come up with a solution for the present I was sending.
Once in store, I was assisted by a girl named Morgan. Extremely friendly and helpful. She was patient and helped me put my package together. She explained everything to me and helped me get exactly what I wanted. I will only be coming to this UPS from now on.

I've always had a good experience at this store with Amazon returns and notary services. I recently witnessed one of their employees (Ray) offer assistance to an older women during a storm. He helped steady her on her way to the car. I've found their staff to be friendly and professional.

This review is for Morgan! She literally brighten up my day. That smile and spunk she brings to this location is rare now days. Everyone working in customer service seems to hate their job. NOT MORGAN,, SHE deserves something special from her boss. She is definitely a keeper! Thank you Morgan for helping me return my att modem. I had 10-15 Amazon returns today and was nervous to annoy whatever employee had to help me. Ray helped me with my boxes and made the entire process easy and assured me we’d get this done quick and easy. Great experience! Love coming to this store.

I had to mail some documents overnight and walked in minutes before the deadline and Ray was wonderful! He was very quick, efficient and polite and kind and got the documents on their way while the driver was waiting on them. Thank you so much to The UPS Store, you all are great!!

The owner and staff of the UPS store are all so friendly and helpful for all our shipping needs . They go out of their way to help and customer service is top notch.

This place has the best overall employees of all the ups I have ever been to. They are located in Columbia TN.

Everyone I've ran into here, have great attitudes. Alexander helps me often, and always has the same welcoming and friendly attitude. Calls you by your name, makes sure exactly how you want packages sent, and let's you know of all options. This guy is truly an asset.!

The people here are such gems. I’ve been coming here (usually for Amazon returns) for 3 years and every single experience is so pleasant. Everyone who works here is kind and efficient, and they go out of their way to be friendly and make sure you feel taken care of. 10/10.

I always have a good experience here. All the staff are so nice and efficient. Even when the computer briefly went down after the guy had already typed everything in, he was still very calm and kind. They got it back up quickly and it had saved most everything so he didn't have to type it all a second time anyway.

They were so nice, I called to say I was on a walker and the box going back to dish was heavy and big I didn’t think I could bring it in. The guy said call when you get here and I’ll come get and bring you a receipt. I appreciated it so much and he’ll never know what that meant to me. Thank you UPS!!

Everyone that works here is always so helpful and works as fast as possible. Even when it's ridiculously busy and they're understaffed (as most places are) they really take it seriously to be as efficient as possible. I'm continually impressed by their service under any circumstance.

I experienced helpful patient and accommodating experience yesterday while at the UPS store in Columbia. They had people lined up waiting, and they were so kind and so efficient. It was truly amazing to watch.

The speed, expertise and relational skills the staff demonstrates are truly remarkable.

Friendly, efficient, and so very pleasant! I don’t usually write reviews for places that I only spend a few minutes in to drop off a return, but I’m impressed by the employees’ professionalism here and how nice my experience was. The parking lot does get quite busy and crowded so you really need to be careful backing out.

Folks who want to cry about private businesses carrying out mask policies for the sake of public health should stop screaming like toddlers and shifting blame onto the fantastic people working behind the counter here.

I couldn't say enough things about my two very positive experiences with this family owned business!! Alan went above and beyond to help me with an unusual shipping need at the last visit. I just witnessed a conversation between a VERY rude and entitled customer and an employee. The way employee Alexander stayed calm and professional while the customer was beyond rude was 10/10! Every person there has been so nice and helpful every time I’ve been, so it’s a shock to me to see some of these reviews. Be nice to people that are there to help you.

I have used the Columbia UPS store on several occasions and have always been given phenomenal service. The employees are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I've used other such facilities and there is no comparison. A definite 5 stars!
