Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Candace was my server. This is her first time to be my server. She was so nice, cordial and hospitable. She had a very warm and pretty smile to go along with her superb service. I had many follow-up visits from her. This is not the norm at this store either. I haven't been to this store in a very long time as I do extensive traveling. I hope to get more servers to be this way. WELL DONE CANDACE!!!

Cracker Barrel is so nostalgic brings me back in time whenever we go there to eat. They also sell clothing & trinkets old and new.
The staff there are very pleasant & helpful. The food is aways hot when they bring it to us, the food is great, the prices are very reasonable.

Excellent service and food was fresh, served hot, and very tasty. The atmosphere was a bit noisy and the chairs are not super comfortable. We had a party of eight and the waitress was exceptionally attentive and accommodating. Overall a great experience.

Food was great. Service was great. We had a semi large group and we got seated within 30 minutes on a Saturday morning. Our server was really good. Everything was correct when it was brought out and she kept our drinks filled. Everything was on par with what you would expect from a Cracker Barrel. Located pretty close to the interstate.

Thank you to everyone working on Thanksgiving at this location. Our plans got changed due to a mishap with reservations and we knew you all would be open. Yes we waited as expected but service and food was outstanding for Thanksgiving. Thank you to all hard workers as your place is packed being open. I hope everyone appreciates your effort. I thanked so many people for working and not being with their families today to serve us. Job well done.

Great food and awesome service. We came in and was seated right away. The server was very friendly and nice. Food hot and I was amazed at the service. We will be back.

Very pleasant experience as we stopped on our route for lunch. I ordered the fried catfish, spouse ordered the grilled trout. Both excellent and served hot with sides. We were a little skeptical having had previous not too great experiences at othe CBs but we were hungry and stopped anyway. Extremely pleased and grateful.

Had an Awesome breakfast with my 1st Cousin while visiting my relatives for the Christmas Holidays 🎄 in Columbia Tennessee. The food and the services and "waitress Bailey" was Super Friendly and on point.

A friend of my son came up from Alabama and took us here. The food was really good, Server was not that friendly. Place was very clean and organized, good prices were not as bad as I thought they would be.

It's Cracker Barrel, so home cooking is their specialty. I will say that they now have these $5 take-home meals you can add on. What a deal! I took home a couple and had dinner for $10 later that evening.

If you need a spoon, you'll have to ask for one, though, because they don't as part of the silverware setup anymore for some reason. They'll bring one for coffee and such, but you don't automatically get one. Maybe there's a spoon shortage or something 🤷‍♂

Was seated upon arrival. Our Waitress was prompt and the food arrived in a timely manner. Was really a pleasant experience.

This location was absolutely better than my last the service was good never had to hunt pur server down. The food was excellent. I would recommend this location to others was very pleased.

Never have had a bad experience at any Cracker Barrel, food is always hot, fresh and delish!

Cracker barrel on Bear Creek at the interstate is my favorite restaurant and never fails to come thru with great service good food...best biscuits are made here.

MY WIFE AND I DINE WITH CRACKER BARREL OFTEN. WE LOVE THE ATMOSPHERE AND THE SERVICE ARE COMFORTABLE. THIS VISIT WAS THE FIRST TIME THAT WE WERE SEATED FOR A LONG TIME BEFORE WE WERE APPROACHED BY A SERVER. WE WAS NEAR LEAVING WHEN STEPHENY APPROACHED OUR TABLE AND WE CHANGED OUR MIND. SHE WAS SO POLITE AND FRIENDLY THAT WE STAYED AND I AM SO GLAD WE DID. OUR GUESS WAS OVERJOYED WITH THE FOOD AND STEPHANY. WE WILL RETURN AFTER THE HOLIDAYS AND CONTINUE OUR VISITS DURING TIMES OF LESS STRESS.

The staff is wonderful. Even when it's busy we never wait long. The hostess told us we were a beautiful couple and made my whole day. Our waitress was kind, attentive and quick. I will literally go back to this cracker barrel time and time again just because the staff is so much better than the one in spring Hill.

What’s not to like about Cracker Barrel? The food is so consistent. No matter where you go the turnip greens and country fried steak and gravy is exactly the same. My dessert is not on the menu. I ask for a bottle of syrup and an extra biscuit and butter. Viola...free desert and they are happy to do it.

Food came out cool and for me i really didnt care for the flavor of the gravy i was so looking forward to the biscuits and gravy , biscuits were great.
