I have family who live in the Columbia, TN area that I have extended stays with several times a year. As a small business owner I work during my stay's and have been consistently impressed with Office Max. Each store visit, I’m greeted quickly and warmly. It’s obvious to me the associates work as a team which improves efficiency and overall service. The quality and variety of products they carry really helps my business and personal needs. My most recent visit was for print material. I was frustrated by another place not having my project completed at deadline and arrived at the store anxious and irritated. A young man welcomed me, helped as best he could and referred me to someone with more experience. Gracie took over who was nearly off shift and eventually Alana. She was patient and so helpful getting my emailed print files in order, doing a print sample to ensure it was done right before running the job. She even kept the job in the system just in case I need it in the future. From start to finish so helpful. I left the store smiling with relief. I trust the team at the Columbia, TN Office Max.

OfficeMax is a great place to go for anything office related. We get all our paper, ink, file folders, etc. there. We have purchased several copiers/printers over the years, always with good results, as well as a great chair, There is a wonderful IT department, so important for computer-related problems. Their help has been invaluable to my business.

Helpful and engaging staff! All 3 employees greeted us and asked if we needed help finding anything. Our checkout experience with the pleasant young man in the copy department was wonderful! Kudos! Great engaging & knowledgeable employees are hard to come by these days! 😊🙌

Staff is friendly and store is arranged so I found what I needed quickly

I purchased a desk that was damaged from manufacturer and brought it back to exchange. I had no problems. The three guys were super and one even tried to find the desk I had purchased that was damaged at another store. I traded for a different one and am super happy. Thank you to the three guys that helped me today.

This is the second visit during which I needed assistance. And just like the last time, the response from the staff was quick, professional, and right on target.

I ordered merchandise online for store pickup. The process was easy and staff were helpful and friendly.

What am awesome Team at our Columbia Office Max! You guys are always willing to walk down the aisle to show us where things are and go the extra mile that kind of customer service has mostly disappeared from most stores... Lol! Kudos to all of you and the Store manager. Ya'll are the best!!

I went in after looking all weekend for some ink for our church printer (apparently there is a shortage of the specific one we need), anyway, this was about the 10th place I'd been and not 1, but 2 employees hopped on their computers and found me 2 in stock in Franklin and had them ordered and shipped to me asap. I am so thankful and their customer service was top notch.

Two thumbs up. Had exactly what I was looking for and the staff was readily available to help me find what I was looking for and helped make my visit fast, efficient and successful.

I was helped today by two young gentleman at the printing station. They went above and beyond and printed my wedding announcements. They are beautiful, affordable and very good quality! Great customer service ♥

The associate was very informative on the product and was patient with us. He was on his way out but stopped came back to help and didn’t rush us at all.

I had copies made today and am always impressed with the knowledge and tenacious effort to complete a print job with the manager. I tried to complete the Office Survey but it would not accept the numbers on my receipt. Why make it so hard to praise your employees? It was very frustrating.

I just made another trip to Office Depot/Office Max and am always welcomed and pleased with the service. Dee does an exceptional job in the printing department! It's like spinning plates, always busy but she keeps everyone happy and provides quality printing!

I love OfficeMax ❤ I am addicted to any office store 😆 So when I went to get ink for my husband's printer I knew they would have it since of course Walmart didn't. So they did indeed have one combo pack of color and black and white ink I originally wanted 2 but thats OK. I ended up with backpack 🎒 that was 25% off and a whole cart full of things I found on Sale. My hubby will be so happy 😉😉😳 (he didn't find it quite as funny as I did 😄) anyway they always have what I need and then some and staff not only is helpful but stops what they are doing and physically takes you to the product or area you ask about. Kudos to them at least in our Columbia TN store they do. You guys are great. Thank you for your great service.

This store had a great selection of desks and the staff(Leo) was very helpful in evaluating options. Best thing the desk was on sale….
