Sleep Inn & Suites

Had a death in the family and was in a hurry to get home but too far to drive in one day. The staff found me a quiet room on the first floor. Very comfortable bed and the staff helped get me back on the road early the next morning. They had no idea but their kindness was greatly appreciated.

Decent place for the price. We needed a room and all the hotels in the area were booked completely. This hotel had one room left due to a cancelation, and we got it. The room was nice, it had a king bed and a sofa sleeper. We really needed 2 beds but the sofa sleeper was available. The sofa sleeper was pretty uncomfortable and didn't have sheets, blankets or pillows but we were able to get some from the front desk. There wasnt any toilet paper for some reason, but we got that also. Overall the room was nice and so was the staff at the hotel. The parking lot seemed safe.

This review is about the staff. While driving through the area with 45 students on a field trip, our bus broke down. The staff, Kayla and Taylor, were amazing. They opened up their lobby and meeting room to allow our students a safe, climate controlled area to stay until a new bus arrived 6 hours later. These ladies and the two or three other staff members that helped make the kids comfortable were incredible.

From the moment we got to the hotel, Kayla (the front desk attendant) was very friendly and helpful and gladly answered all questions I had about our stay. Although the pool heater was not working (which Kayla informed us about when we checked in) the kids still enjoyed playing with the pool beach ball.

The entire hotel and our room was cozy and clean and there was very minimal noise in the entire facility. The beds were comfortable and the tv was good sized. The room also had a good size refrigerator and microwave. The breakfast in the morning was AMAZING and full of choices (toast, cereal, bagels, pastries, honey buns, biscuits and gravy, sausage links, eggs, regular and blueberry waffles, milk, bottled juice and bottled chocolate milk, coffee.) Needless to say they exceeded my continental breakfast expectations.

The entire staff was extremely friendly and I definitely will stay here again in the future!!!

We had been driving from Pennsylvania that morning, and had a scheduling mishap with another hotel. Everyone was booked, and we were getting extremely tired and frustrated. The young lady who helped us (Deja) was truly an angel! She secured a room for us and checked us in quickly. She was so kind and helpful that we quickly forgot about our stressful day, and were able to rest comfortably. A million thanks!

Very convenient to Columbia and Nashville. Rooms were very clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast was good. I certainly recommend !

The room was super clean. I brought my own cleaning supplies (you know, because of corona) and I ran my wipes over every surface, and not one of the wipes had a dirty spot on them. The staff was super accommodating. We called hours in advance and told them we may be there around 2 am and they had everything ready for us even though we got there closer to 4. Limited contact. It was great! Felt clean and safe the whole time we were there. I definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling through.

Passing through on our way home from Florida. This place is very nice! Staff was friendly and helpful. Building, lobby and rooms are all updated and exceptionally clean. Beds are comfortable. The pool was heated and in a nice area, also seemed brand new.

We stayed for 2 nights while visiting family. We had 2 comfy King beds which was wonderful! Our room was clean and smelled fresh. When I called for more towels the second night, they were at the door with them in less than 5 minutes. Breakfast was hot and good. The woman who was tending the kitchen was friendly and helpful. Only downfall was that the pool was closed at 8:30 which was a bummer. All in all, we will definitely be staying there again!

Fantastic bed, bedding and pillows. Great breakfast and plenty of parking. The reservation desk for Choice Hotels failed me twice, but the local staff was great.

For the price it's a great little hotel. They serve an excellent breakfast every morning. The free breakfast was much better than I was expecting. While it did have the Staples such as waffles and cereal, they also had some unexpected Foods. We were able to hit the road with a full stomach and leave a very satisfied. The rooms were clean and the management and staff were friendly and professional.

We had stayed at the super 8 down the street and felt unsafe after one night. My wife was having surgery and needed somewhere safe and clean to stay after we we ended up at the Sleep Inn and so glad we changed hotels. The ladies in the front were so friendly and accommodating. The to was very sleep and we felt very safe. We ended up staying for a whole week. We will stay again in the future. Sad that the pool wasn't open because of covid but we completely understand.

This is a new, very clean, motel. staff was very helpful and prompt with just a minor issue. General Manager was really a pleasant individual to talk with during morning breakfast. I wish all my other motel visits were this enjoyable. Sleep Inn has upgraded the quality of their new facilities.

After a very long travel was quite impressed with the comfort of the room very clean the bathroom is beautiful the whole room in general is very impressive. When I do return to Columbia I absolutely will stay again. The front desk clerk who helped me he was extremely helpful had a great personality and exemplifies what hospitality is. I couldn't even find one reason to complain I am beyond impressed

Traveled for over a week and stopped here because it was midway point going home. Used my choice hotel points for a free night just to use them up because I was convinced that I was done with the chain after a stay at comfort suites in Ohio but this was without a doubt THE BEST hotel we have stayed at in a very long time!!! Very clean, large room with king beds that were super super comfy. Huge TV and desk area and plenty of towels. Just a great room all around with an awesome staff that made the ending of our trip so much better! Thank you and this is our go to place to stop at from now on!

I came in here at 3:00 a.m. and they let me get checked in and I still was able to stay Saturday and Sunday even though I came in that early on Saturday at 3:00 a.m. and still let me check in and everything the breakfast is great have a good breakfast be welcome you in and I really enjoyed my stay here bed is very comfortable

This hotel and staff has been outstanding. We came in for a family funeral, booked 9 rooms and were treated with nothing but kindness. They all went out of their way to be helpful during our time of need. Everything is clean, hotel is beautiful and can't wait to come back on a fun vacation next time.

This hotel gets an Excellent Rating from us for one reason only - and that is that the front desk staff did everything that they could to accommodate me and my family. We were there at another hotel, and found that we had booked in the wrong city. Sleep Inn helped with their sister hotel and got me to the right location. Then, because I have two children who are NEARLY adults, they got me a room with two king sized beds to accommodate their size. They were so wonderful! Clean , neat, accommodating, EXCELLENT. I believe that it is one of the newest hotels in the area.

Only ONE issue and I am CERTAIN that it has been corrected by now - the morning that we were checking out, there was hardly a breakfast at all. Turns out (after some investigation) they had a new girl working and she was just BARELY figuring out how breakfast worked. That was kind of disappointing and we felt like the staff should have had someone there to assist her in Breakfast making and stocking duties - at least since she was so new. But we are a laid back bunch so we found our porridge elsewhere - but I am sure other guests were none too happy. Looking back, we should have just told the front desk so that they could help the sweet new girl out. I have decided not to demote their stars because of a new person trying to get their job figured out all alone. :) The hotel was great!

The room was very clean and modern, bathroom was clean as well, could find no issues there, couldn't hear cars or other people. Comfy beds and a nice hdtv not a old crt. The front desk service was great and friendly at check in and I had no issues. My only gripe was the breakfast was mediocre but it's not a huge deal to me and I would stay again.

Clean rooms,up to date and modern fixtures and amenities. Great sleep,heat kicks, good water pressure,hot water. Close place to grab a quick bite. And to top it off there was a thank you note written and signed with a smile. One of the better breakfasts with more than one meat biscuits ,waffles, potatoes,gravy w/meat, and more. All around it was an enjoyable stay. And since I work for a moving company I spend a lot of time away from home, a good night stay goes along way.
