I absolutely love this Walgreens from the pharmacy all the way to the cashiers… tonight after I got off work went to pick up some things from pharmacy and store in general as I put my stuff in my trunk I closed my keys in it leaving my phone and all in my car Jorge at the photos who has always been helpful went the extra mile to come out and see if he could help when we seen my car was too difficult he called a lock smith and my husband for me. Then the young cashier poor girl I locked my cigarettes in my car so she waited on me picked a special lighter and then let me borrow her phone to update my husband of the circumstances… thank you guys for being so kind and caring!

Very friendly and helpful service, although it is not a quick trip to pick up prescriptions with the long wait times in line. Everything is well stocked and clean and the staff is very knowledgeable about products and/or shortages on particular items.

A few weeks ago I went in desperately looking for a few more items for my wedding. After having no luck at several Walgreens I came to this store. This was the final chance of finding two toiletry bags that matched three that I had purchased a few weeks prior! After looking I found nothing I spoke to a manager (kaitlyn) and she knew and could probably tell how stressed I was trying to find these bags! I did not have a receipt either so returning them wasn’t a option she quickly came to my assistance and started checking every store probably in a 150mile radius to see if they had any in stock! After about 15 minutes she told me this is what she came up with! She showed me a long list of several stores and what the system said they had! But she didn’t stop there! She then reassured me that “we will find you those two bags” and she then started to call EVERY SINGLE STORE ON THE LIST!!!!! After several frustrating phone calls to other Walgreens store that treated her just like they had treated me at other stores she finally said I have two!!! She had finally the two bags! Not only did she find those two bags but she finally found someone that cared a little bit at least! Enough to actually look unlike several people she had talked to! Regardless that nice lady on the other end of the phone shipped them to kaitlyns store and kaitlyn called me when they came in! I REALLY REALLY REALLY HOPE SOMEONE IMPORTANT SEES THIS not just because she deserves a raise lol but she is a HUGE asset to your company! I told her when I was leaving that what she had done not only blew me away with professionalism and customer service but this is exactly what people mean when they ask if you have ever gone above and beyond! She is a manager at this store but again she is way more and she treated me like a truly valued customer! I told her I was gonna fill out the survey on the reciept and when I tried it was too late so I actually went in again and bought a candy bar just so I could fill out the survey but the guy at the counter informed me that it would show up under the candy bar purchase so that’s why I’m leaving it on here! So THANK YOU!

This is my favorite Walgreens in the whole country. I never ever have any issues here and the Management as well as the staff are top notch. I have even driven out of my way when our other two are open in order to make a purchase from this one on Nashville Road!

Long wait for pick up medicine. Short staffed and a lot of medicine you couldn't get. Have to have patience to go in or wait in store for pick medicine.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable! Store has a huge selection very clean and organized!
