This is by far the best vape store I've ever gone to. Excellent selection, good prices, and above all super friendly staff. Rachel, the person who helped me, was polite, friendly, and very informative. Even though I had a million questions, she happily answered each one, without complaint. Even more impressive she did this while helping other customers. Between the great selection, and especially Rachel, this will forever be my go to store from now on.

Phenomenal customer service, I've been a customer at this store for a while now and have come in with a variety of technical and mechanical problems on several different vapes. Each and every time I come away problems solved and vaping again. Several times a problem has come up at work and this most recent time I had dropped my vape and came to them on break looking for a fast and easy solution, and yet again I have come away pleased and in less than 10 minutes. Great job guys, keep up the great work.

I went to the ecig source by cookout in bowling green and Brandon helped me and he was absolutely awesome!! So nice and considerate and showed me how to set everything up. 10/10 will sooo be back thanks to him!!

I love this place come here all the time and there always helpful and kind they know what there talking about and what they are doing for sure I just bought a vape from here and haven’t had any issues and when I go back to get juice I always get treated great thumbs up to this place for sure.

Had an interview today there It was an amazing experience even if I don't get selected for the job I will. Still use the store for all my vaping needs and highly recommend for you to stop by and check them out u will fill right at home !!!!

I'm new to vapeing and stopped at several places before and was just as lost when I left as when I went in not here though the young lady that helped me I think here name was Ashleigh did a superb job explaining the different products and how they all worked and even after I took what seemed to be a lot of her time deciding which ecig I would purchase she took her time to explain how to set it up and education on using the product I purchased
