Good products from different brands at reasonable prices. Good spot to do the groceries. Nice and quick service with self-service scanning cashier.

This by far is the best Kroger's in my opinion. I based it off of three things! #1 It's in the perfect location. #2 All of their items is well stocked. #3. The staff is friendly & professional. The times I have frequent at this location I haven't run across any rude employees.

Kroger is my go-to for most of my shopping needs. I love the friendly employees at the Scottsville and Nashville Rd locations. I frequent these two stores.
I really like the variety in the products that I use and can you say SALES! who doesn't love those!

Good selection, reasonable prices especially on sale items.

I’m always impressed by the selection, variety, cleanliness, value, and freshness of the products here at Kroger. I do almost 100% of my grocery shopping at Kroger. The Kroger brand products are always a strong rival to any brand name product in the store. The friendliness of the employees also keeps me coming back. Thank you Kroger for making grocery shopping a pleasure.

Friendly staff and good selection. Store is typically clean and organized. You'll want to become a Kroger Member which is free to set up. This gives you access to discounts and digital coupons which are quite valuable. You can also collect points and use them for discounts at the gas pumps in front of the store.

The produce is fresh and sushi prepared. Efficient and clean at deli and seafood counters too. Pharmacy tucked in right corner and parking is available close by. Treat yourself to Sam's for excellent Greek cousine.

Went here a couple weeks ago and tried out there scanner promotion they were doing. The idea is super cool! You just scan and bag your groceries as you go and then pay at the end, unfortunately there was an error with my scanner which I totally understood. They were very courteous and kind and kept apologizing for the error and for my wait, I kept reassuring them that it was completely fine but they were very genuine and ended up giving me a discount on my groceries as compensation! It was so nice! Very good experience and wonderful, nice staff! Thank you ❤

Sometimes traffic can be a little heavy around the parking lot, but their store is always clean and employees are always nice and helpful. Great location and great prices! Things I'm looking for are always stocked, and it always helps getting a deal with your Kroger plus card. One of the few Coin-Star locations are inside Kroger which makes it super easy to cash in your change before getting groceries for supper!

This is the best Krogers in Bowling Green! They may not be the biggest or nicest looking Krogers in BG but this Kroger has the best customer service. There employees are always friendly here. And they always have the products I need in stock.

Great place! I love just up the street from this store and am more than pleased with their service, but also their prices and short lines for check out. Seems like everyone goes to Walmart for everything, but I have always preferred going to different stores for the things that I need and Kroger is always on top of my list. Also take into account that that everytime that I have visited, the store never seems to be crowded and/or uncomfortable.

It has very good quality groceries and household stuff here in bowling Green. I would give this ship a tank one intend of value for money. Special importance is given to organic chicken and veggies here. I looked them a lot personally. I will never buy organic chicken anywhere here other than this shop.

Always get great service from the pharmacy to the meat department to the cashiers! I actually thought someone had stolen my umbrella and one of the workers bought me a new one with his own money. I found my umbrella and went back and paid him for the umbrella plus gave him a rather large tip for being so courteous. You can't get better service!

All of my curbside pickups were exceptional except one Friday and they overbooked/scheduled and told me to come back in an hour from my appointed time. I will not go back on a Friday! Other than that...app is quick, very helpful, nutrition facts on app, quick and smooth curbside pickup. Use this service often and have to drive 30 miles to gey it, but Russellville, KY doesn't have a Kroger store!!!! Opportunity knocking in Russellville, KY!!!😁😉🤗
