Party City

Yesterday was my granddaughters 2nd birthday and I went in to see what they had,as far as special balloons. I was pleased to see their selection was so large, they didn't have 2 of the ones I wanted but the replacement ones were just as good. The store seemed to have anything you might need for party decorations. I will definitely be going back. Just so you know, there is a way to personalize the balloons with the persons name.

This is not my idea of a fun place to go but seeing how it was good for shopping for what we needed that's all that counts But if you're in the need of their stuff that's the place to go

Donna was a saint ! She went above and beyond for us picking out balloons for a baby shower ! She did not have to do as much as she did and we were eternally grateful for her help !!!!

I ordered supplies for my son's birthday and selected same day delivery between 4-6PM. At 6PM I received a text message notifying me that my delivery was cancelled and to contact the store. When I called they told me that my order wasn't picked up by the Uber driver and they would schedule me another one. When they weren't able to get another driver lined up the store manager, Alicia, personally delivered my items to my house early that evening. She understood the importance of receiving the order as soon as possible and went above and beyond to ensure it was received. I was incredibly appreciative and had a renewed faith in big box retail stores!

I have gone here to decorate two parties now, and it has always been a great experience. Planning/decorating a party can be daunting and overwhelming, but the employees there make it as painless as possible with suggestions and their assistance. When I was checking out during my last visit, the person at the register prevented me from having a very stressful moment by noticing some of the items I had put in my cart wouldn’t work for certain things, and then went and brought me a few options that could work instead. Their balloon ordering/pick up/delivery is flexible and simple. They’re always so friendly and helpful; I definitely recommend this place!

The balloon lady was truly fantastic!! This place is very busy on Fridays, so give yourself plenty of time.

Had exactly what I needed. And while I was there I was able to buy an arrangement of heart balloons and pet stuff puppy for my wife on Valentine Day. Customer Service was great as well. The young lady there came out and helped me put the balloons in my car.

Found what I was looking for! They had a great variety of costumes and party supplies.

I ordered a bouquet for a baby shower, not only did they get it done in less than an hour... it was perfect! Love them, will always go there.

Staff was very helpful (I was a bit clueless how their process works: pick and pay for balloons then get them filled) and they did warn me: summer heat can kill a balloon as quick as a pin can. And reader, you'll never guess what happened next. Fortunately they were helpful in that scenario as well. It was $64 for 4 large balloons and 6 small* ones and filling with helium for the "standard" lifespan.**

The employees here have been particularly helpful and understanding. This is a nice party city with excellent workers. A particular worker, Bryson, was very impressive. He greeted me and helped me with my issue in less than a few minutes. Was also polite and made my day with his customer service. He also let me use his pineapple hand sanitizer!

Went to Party City looking for items for a gender reveal party. I was amazed at all the colors, events, balloons and accessories available for just about any party! The store was clean and buzzing with activity. The employees were happy and helpful checking on people as they entered the store and shopped around.

Love how cheap the foods are, good little hack instead of paying movie theater prices for candy

Great selection and prices. Whether you are looking for the current popular party theme, or if you can't find a party theme (because your kid has picked something not the current fad,) or just want stuff you can't find anywhere else (party favors, decorations, etc.) without having to go online, this store will have it. The service was good, and I really enjoyed shopping for our party supplies.

They should have more options for christenings but other than that very helpful when I Need party supplies 🥳

I wanna give a shout-out for Kelsey. Oct. 30, our grandkids’ dog of their whole life died. We live 125 miles away. I missed the delivery window for balloons on that day. Kelsey personally made the delivery happen ON THAT DAY! What a heart! Thanks, Kelsey!! You’re the best!🐾🥰🎈

The employees at this party city are very helpful, our car died while we were inside shopping and one of the employees were kind enough to give us a jump, thankfully. I'm very grateful for the help. Also! We got some rad Pokémon, Harry Potter, and Spiderman stuff! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming.

Had a decent selection of Halloween stuff out

Came in late for balloons, and Kayla went above and beyond in customer service. She offered to help us find several items after seeing that we were looking lost. Kerry, the store manager was also very helpful and knowledgeable about his inventory. I recommend this store and shop here often!
